Mine the extender kept sliding back on mine and falling. Happened twice in the middle of the night and I though someone was breaking in because of it and went running to my living room in my boxers with my gun in hand before I figured out it was the caddy. Loved it before it fell and I hope you guys design it slightly better. I would willingly pay more for one that won't fail me
This has happened to me 3 times, jumped up half asleep and grabbed something incase I had to hit someone in the middle of the night...the culprit is the screw fitting. It looks absolutely fine, but a with close inspection if it is less that 1mm out the whole caddy slides down and falls from it's position, and has dinted my metal shower fitting.
Same here - the most important installation part - how to extend it properly to make sure it's tight and not gonna fall on you in the shower - is omitted. My Neptune is going back to Costco. Today. Thank you for your comment - it helped me to see it's not me who is the problem, but the product.
How does this extend? Im so frustrated with this already
