The screw anchors provided are garbage, with 1/4” bit, they don’t hold anything, used my own 35lb screw anchors. The mounting bracket seems like it will be genius, honestly it’s an awful install. Most lights are. For the price, and hopefully not having to replace anytime soon, it’s moderately worth it. One day a company will come along and create lighting that doesn’t suck to install. The kit I have has three mounting sliding brackets. Getting them to line up is like getting congress to agree. Do better lighting industry, do better.

The app crashes every time and the reviews on the play store are not very favorable. I'm currently searching for a third party app that will actually work without a subscription. Only a fool would pay to use their own kitchen light. I smell a scam.

Disappointed this doesn't go tighter to the ceiling. After watching the video, it looks like that's by design? I dont love that there is a small gap between the frame and ceiling.

The first one I installed failed after about 30 hours of use. The mounting system is crap for such a long fixture, the ends sag away from the ceiling as everyone else has found. Going to return the defective one and the other three I haven't installed yet.

its Led integrated, we cannot change bulbs.
"No bulb required" means the whole darn thing is the bulb. And will last about as long?
Its LED integrated, no need for bulbs, it last for 50000 hours.

My place is brand new and I just moved in less than 2 month ago. One of the pendant lights is already flickering. Supposed to work for 50,000 hrs. Based on my research online, this light cannot be repaired, has to be replaced. Is that true?

No dimmer used, I bought this condo brand new in Dec 2021 and moved in late July 2022 (the place stayed vacant before I moved in so lights were not used until after I moved in). The place is brand new so are the lights. I don’t have the model # since the builder didn’t leave paperwork or packaging, but the pendant light looked exactly like the one in the video.

Wondering if someone can answer....if the fixture is being installed without a dimmer switch, how does the light interact seeing as the light is advertised as dimmable? Does it default to 100% bright, if so, excellent. Looking for some help before installing....
