no muerta ss is undispellable so null is useless

nullifier is not worth it in general. It need specific condition. its a bad item overall.

Unless the enemy supports are really dumb that they don't buy support items, it will always be useful, but of course only 1 hero that needs to buy it

Yes not worth it. Your bkb duration is 6 second. Ghost duration is 4 second? Indeed not worth it
