If it was good enough for Brian Downey... These guys are allowed to pay homage and in some cases enjoy what they created originally. It allowed a lot of us to see again what came round to turn us on to guitar in the first place. If you are going to recreate something so classic for the fans then doing it with a couple of Irishmen is not a bad way to go. I saw Phil with Lizzy and Grand Slam and some of it was pretty rough. Lizzy with John Sykes was a squeal-fest. Let's just enjoy them enjoying it!
