WOW! Terrific clip of The Cult! Such a great band from way back when music was original and unique! Love Ian Astbury 's voice and Billy Duffy's a brilliant guitarist!! Cool to see Johnny Marr.
They are still original and unique! Their new album UTMS was released last Friday and they are now on tour in the US. Ian's voice is amazing and he looks amazing too! ❤😍❤ CFFC 🤘🤘✌✌
Ellos siguen siendo imcreíblemente buenos!
El nuevo álbum demuestra que los nuevos clásicos siguen siendo creados!
Seeing these guys in a very small venue in Jacksonville Fl. Was one of the greatest nights of my life.
I'm a product of the 60's and 70's music. However, I find that some 80's music can kick @$$ !!! Thank you Cult!
Effing excellent!!! Ian, Johnny & Billy kicking ass!
Johnny marr could just stand there and make this jam twice as cool .
That White Falcon is MASSIVE...with a MASSIVE SOUND!
D, C, G…every song. Gotta love The Cult. 3 chords and the truth.
sometimes you just don't need to be fancy, but speak from the heart.
2 Manchester legends....
Saw them in 1986 and the Mission were opening. 🤍🖤❤
Johnny F-ing Marr, people.
Still killin’ it after all these years!💥!
Love is one of the best albums ever period
Awesome!! Johnny & Billy together again ❤
Wow! Excellent audio! Thanks for posting this performance! This is the first video I have seen of the Cult performing from this period. Have yet to see them live...maybe next year on their UTMS tour 🤞🏿🤞🏿🙏🏽🙏🏽
Billy played How Soon Is Now with Johnny Mar 2 weeks ago at Manchester saw it awesome. Glad to see they're still friends after all these years.
IAN u Zajecaru na gitarijadi podigao SRSKU zastavu,HELLO FROM SRB!!!!Sila Rec Bozija
Uma grande banda e dois grandes guitarristas.
Now this is cool! Great audio quality and always nice to see BD and Johnny rocking out together. Ian sounded great on this tour - he's really sorted himself out over the last few years.
Love Billy's Gretsch
Thanks for getting a shot of John Tempesta, one of my favorite drummers.
Brutal together . Moterhead would be proud !
Ian’s voice is still good
Doesn’t quite have the cardio to hang on to the words like he used to.
How cool is that..❤
👍 Thanks for sharing your vid!
Love them both...why is Marr buried in the mix?
Saw them in Dallas at the Granada Theater in 1985. I have seen a lot of concerts and that show still near the top. I remember Ian going on a rant said he Don’t believe in Jesus. The Bible Belt crowd audibly gasped! Two years later saw them at the Longhorn Ballroom in Fort Worth. A cocky band called Guns and Roses was the opener. They played Appetite. I think Guns may have taken that night. But Cult was promoting Electric also rocked the house.
Saw them open up for Metallica in late 1980s....at top of their form....
good audio on this video!
what a shame we cant hear Johnny!!! CMON CULT .... MISSED OPPORTUNITY
Johnny is the coolest!💥
Love❤💗❤Ian and Billy💞💋
Cool.the cult and Johnny Marr?? Crazy good !
Johnny " fucking " Marr ❤
Cool as fuck 😎
One of the few clips I can say 'I was there' The video doesn't quite capture the reception Johnny Marr got. Almost took the roof off The Apollo😂
I know Noel when I see him, go for it man!
First and Second best guitarists ever!
2 awesome guitar players!
That's aewsome!
What a sound!!
Down to a flip of a coin to who is lead and who is rhythm guitar with these two legends, Johnny fucking Marr!!!!
Watch the few tunes from recent Howard Stern performance!! Kick ass! 🎉
IAN ❤ IS 😮 MY GOD OF MY CHILDHOOD
Well fuck me . Never saw these two dudes before !
I couldn't hear Marr at all.
It Is correct!
Why did they invite another guitar legend if you wouldn't let him play loud?
I Love Ian The King,The Best ...Cult
Epic. Gods playing together. I still cherish even the fat lady singing. :-)
Bravissimi
Who made Who?
Billy looks supercool
Great!!!
Rhythm or lead Mr Marr?!
Let’s get Jonny Marr on stage and turn the volume off on his guitar 😂
Great alt band and alt artist.
Michael hutchence on vocals, legend
Michael Hutchence is dead...and sang with INXS, not The Cult. That legendary singer is Ian Astbury
@@jameslotter8317 I think he probably knows this. Ian does resemble Michael here, though.
@@jameslotter8317 My favorite Cult song will always be Don't Change. It came early in their discography but it was never topped IMO.
⭐⭐⭐
The dude looks like Noel Gallagher.
😂😂❤❤❤
Du bon!!
The Cult & The Smiths & MCFC....
Ian doesn't seem to want to be a part of the Smith's
Imagine the seismic collision of toxic egos if Ian and Moz were ever in the same room together. 😄
Sorry I love the cult but the new lp bit boring me and my girlfriend back then at Wembley odeon 1989 the electric tour and they played run away train there getting old now get back to havey rock
Love the song, thanks for sharing but I hope no one was on the receiving end of that lugy he spat out on stage .. just nasty and low class.
whats up with the crap vocals
Sounds like crap, and spitting on stage like that. Age has not been kind to the cult!
vocal delivery ruins this....comes across as a really bad cabaret performer...
1-1-2024 and I still can’t get enough of this band 💪 Happy New Years 🥂
Yea great man-love the Cult -all the best from Newcastle
Yeah... I opend them for myself not very long ago. Try to find their concert in LA.
Me too. Rain, she sells sanctuary, nirvana, and more. A unique band. God bless the Cult
@@gasparhdez681 I don’t understand why they aren’t as big as G&R 🤔
