I LOVE DEX, btw. I use it daily. It works Great with Citrix Workspace to log on remotely for Enterprise logins who support it. Totally hooked!

The folds need a DEX MODE while on the device just like a the tablet.
For DeX, it seems like the status bar moved to the top, just like in Android 4.2 back in 2012 with the Nexus 10.

It's not big enough plus the aspect ratio they're galaxy tab s series tridtional laptop aspect ratio which is perfect for dex plus there is barely a need for dex ever since the addition of taskbar with Android 12L which is better than dex and pc, and windows need to adapt the drag and drop for pip or split screen from taskbar.
I have been praying for this. As soon as I dock it, I move so much faster with my mouse and keyboard, it’s unbelievable! Being able to put it in dex mode on the device would be the icing on the cake.

Especially regarding s23 Ultra? And also one more thing, was the tablet in the video the s8 or S9 series? I own s8+. would love to see in the future updates the option to have a second space. I just got my s23 ultra the other day, only now am I getting the massive deals and discounts on the s23 ultra. Fortunately I got it on sale for black friday for 899. But that was only the phone. I could have had the tab s9 and the phone for the same price but of course it only shows up after I get the phone

Wanted a 23plus but they was out so got a 23 ultra on T Mobile 2 weeks ago and no update for me yet.

I subscribed and also saved. I almost sold my 22U when Black Friday was tempting me to go Pixel. But after trying a Pixel , I sold it for what I had paid, because BF prices had gone back up.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 tablet in the United States and I still did not get the update that you're talking about. I still have Android 13 and One U I 5.1.1. and no notifications telling me there's something waiting for me to run. Any suggestions?
I've haven't seen updates available for my phone in over a year. Is there a way way I can get updates for my S22 Ultra?
Each time I check for updates it says nothing is available.
Do not do any updates to your ultra. After updating my phone is showing a white light bleed on top left of the screen. This is a known issue that Samsung has yet to rectify. I'm not the only one experiencing this.

When I go to gallery photo and swipe up only 2 options appear Remaster ~ Object Eraser not 24hr time lapse...how do I add 24hr time lapse as my 3rd option when I swipe up a photo in my gallery?

My search bar in the apps drawer only searches for apps. It looks nothing like your search.
They ruined some of modes and routines. "Save battery at night" used to automatically detect sleep from inactivity. They removed that and now it's just a hard time frame and not charging. Not helpful if you are like me and don't/can't sleep the same time every night.

The two settings are still missing for me in a calendar app to make it perfect for me. 1) Multiple event copy. I need to copy the same event for different dates. I can not choose several dates. 2) More widgets -

i JUST got the ONE UI 6 last night about 10 pm. So far I love the new features. There are a lot of new features and it will take some time to learn but so far I LOVE IT.. Great job Samsung.
It is possible that some of the ruinous changes are advantageous to those needing a social media fashion phone. As a business phone it is wrecked

I have an unlocked fold 5 with 1tb . Still waiting for update!! Come on already. The s22 ultra with T-Mobile received the update yesterday. This is extremely frustrating. I keep watching all these videos about the new features and I'm still waiting and waiting and waiting.

This update messed up something on my phone
Whenever I send videos via social media now they turn pale and super bright when the other person recieves it.
As most Samsung users watch on 5.1 because they can’t figure out how to update phones still. Wondering where these features are. News flash. They don’t care how long it takes even if there is security vulnerabilities they still don’t push updates out as they should or can because they just don’t care.

I like the DEX improvement, but I hate the fact that you can only access it now if you are using the default launcher. I used to be able to switch to DEX from nova launcher. Now I have to switch from nova to the default launcher FIRST, then activate DEX. gotta fix that Samsung! 😠

Why is it that on samsung phones the shutter speed have to be slow to get a good photo while on iPhone the shutter speed is fast and still awesome photos. Samsung needs to find a way for faster shutter speed without compromising photo quality
With all the hype of 1ui 6 I don't like same as the rotate image not happening.

Last my signal. Why does my apple phone always get signal where my s22 does not? This applies to wifi also. It always works on apple no matter where i am or how many bars. My s22 juat sucks all around. And i got tired of waiting months to get updates that are necessary. I used to be a huge samsung fan until they removed all the features that set them apart.

Samsung is so far behind on uodates my s22 is running November 1st security patch. (its december 22 so almost two months ago. )Thanks samsung for not keeping my phone protected. Take all the time you need. Apple has done 4 updates since November. Lol all at the same time on every phone. Not just some phones.

And you bring me to the reason I own Apple now. So 80 percent of Samsung phones have not recieved this update. Because they can’t understand basic concept of updating. It will be 6 months later when Samsung finally gets this update out to all devices. Meanwhile Apple updates all phones at once the same day. Always. You never have to wait. Samsung removed the sd card slot and no longer has an advantage. Used android for 10 years now on Apple. My s22 sits with UI 5.1 now it will probably be 2024 when it finally gets this update

This update is utter trash. Has wrecked my Fold 3. Samsung messages is a mess, but I guess I'll figure out how to live with that. But I also have the same bug a ton of s23 and s22 users ha e with constant wifi internet drops. That alone practically cripples the phone and they should be responsible to fix this immediately or start replacing devices. Absolutely irresponsible.

One ui 6 it's a downgrade in terms of usability, poorly designed notification toggle and usage in general (the hamburger menu in gallery for example is on the dop right corner when on one ui 4 it's down right. Poorly designed notification toggles and alot more...
