i love your reaction to the defeat trait...i admit, it is a rather nebulous reference...quite a while ago, Fynn asked Gio to write an event message for Saruman's death for DaC:AGO...since he couldn't craft a proper one in time, he just used "he dead boi" as placeholder...it became a bit of a meme in the AGO server for a while...but as i already said in the beta channel, if too many people dislike the references being too far fetched, i am happy to change them...this is probably one of the more obscure ones...glad to see you are back on track, though
This is the perfect example of why -- if you are playing as Gondor, you train a 2nd group of Fountain Guard immediately. That way no matter what they throw at you, that army should be pretty set to fend off a choke point. Helps keep Gondor in a safe place until you're ready to push forward
I also started a gondor campaign. They keep attacking me. Turn after turn after turn. They keep coming. Osgiliath, Cair Andros, Osgiliath, Cair Andros, Osgiliath, Cair Andros, Osgiliath, Cair Andros. I must have killed hundreds of thousands of them. Its too much! I declare, too much! Help me! Make it stop 😢
Typically I aim for Saturday and Tuesdays but I have fallen out of scheduling practice lately. I will have another one out tomorrow (Sunday) followed by a second on Tuesday to get back on track.
Do you thought (as a team) about adding possibility to rebuild Minas Morgul like for example Osgiliath? To changing its campaign and battle map model, automatically renaming it etc.?
Don't know if it's completely possible but try and get a cease-fire/alliance with Khand considering you got a morder to contend with (Plus it's my favorite faction so I'd rather not see it destroyed)
How did you get diplomacy to work in this mod? Enemy factions never want do make any kind of deal with me. Even giving Minas Morgul back to Mordor (for money) does not work… Khand or any southern faction never wants to strike any agreement with me, whatever I propose.
