The AA at last! Best faction in the game and I know I’m not alone in thinking that. They have probably the strongest infantry roster outside of elves/dwarves so I know you are definitely going to enjoy this one. Plus some of their units look really cool which is the most important thing.
SOOOOO glad that you fight that battles on battle map when attacking High Elves Towns 🙌🙌🙌 i cant remember when somebody fight "attack town battles" more then 1 in episode(usually is 0) on battle map,because everybody else just wait for them to sally out from town or to some other units come close to town so they attack them and force sally out even when they are much stronger then them..Great video 👍
You can have a boat stationed at mithlond, It helps you transfer units from the settlement to the fort in one go. I'll save about 500-1000 per turn in unit upkeep
First of all! Happy Birthday! I still haven't managed to catch a stream yet and probably won't be able to until summer because I'm starting at a special ED school, as a teacher. I just wanna say that I'm very, very, very excited for this campaign and where you'll take it. I'm happy you took this start position and hope you can get a huge economy. I still have to catch up with the Gundabad campaign since I had exams. Just wanted to say that I love your content and they make an unbearable day, bearable. Also, I know you already said you'd revisit factions you've already played eventually....But I was wondering if you'd replay the Northern Dunedain and form Arnor. And if Version 6 releases, if you'll replay the Dale, they have a new unit roster and script. I'd love to see a high population Dale with a massive economy.
First of all, congrats on the job appointment and I too am super excited for this campaign. Infantry and trade powerhouse, grindy battles and plenty of cash is my style. I encourage you to watch the rest of the Gundabad campaign, I think I cut it before it got too repetitive and it had plenty of fun moments all the way through. When I redo ND it will be an Arnor playthrough, but that won't be until the next major version releases, I've still got a few factions to get through on V5 but another ND campaign will be a lot of fun. Dale after the rework will also be a priority. Yeah! It is going to make all my other faction campaign playthroughs feel lackluster when I look at their culture tire 3 bonus. Oh, an extra 3 morale, so good or extra 10% happiness, amazing 🤪
Love this faction, only problem with moth line in my opinion is there’s no aux units anywhere close if I remember correctly so might take a while to build army’s up and maybe no Calvary for a while
Absolutely, was part of the reason I chose the area. No cav while fighting dwarves will be tricky. But there are other advantages, we should have plenty of cash.
Just go full Total War, especially against all Men factions, you can get most of their units. If Moria are still alive, then ally them, just to not tire out fighting endless hordes. My gameplay has gotten to the point that I surrender all Moria regions in every campaign because I just can't be asked anymore, after more than 7 years of slaying goblins.
I think the battle fatigue and unenjoyment comes when having too many enemies but I may not have a choice. If they start a war, I'm gunna be the one to finish it.
@@epmtotalwar I mean, if I were at war with elves, dwarves, men I reckon I could keep on going. I think my personal fatigue is tied to the brown colour of the OTMM, their obnoxious unit sizes, their outdated models, rubbish stats that still kill my units, and just the amount of units the faction recruits. Any other faction, even Mordor, in my humble opinion, is enjoyable to fight. Yes, despite the resurrecting nazguls, hordes of uruks and orcs and easterlings and great beasts, it is fun. There is variety there. Goblins... sweet christ how annoying they are.
Just demolish your barracks and rebuild it to get T1 units faster as certain factions like dunedain, elves, and dwarves. It saves like 10 turns of waiting for the units to refresh in the recruitment panel @@steelstudio7374

If your starting spy is bugged,maybe get both spies in a castle or a city and transfer the retinues,he still has some good ones. Also,this is one pita faction to get started smh,both times I did try to get the Havens the Dwarves attacked me about 2-3 turns after the HE doomstack left the region lmao
The spy can just do scouting (you know, use him like I would have before I knew about the culture mechanic), I do need a spy to do that especially in the early game. I'll just have to get some more spies to do culture conversion.

It is my understanding that acumen makes more money but the renown helps with the public order.
