"Well done Shadow, but it's still not enough" - chills! Black Doom's characterisation is great in this game, I love how he interrupts the levels and gives you cryptic clues as to what he's planning
The review explained it clearly. Reviewer thought the final levels are too fast, so they played in the slowest way possible to avoid dying. Which is a great way of self-inflicting reduction of fun. Yes, the review complained that Sonic game is too fast.

Over the course of the game, we see that the Black Arms transformations are enhancing Shadow's anger and violence. Radical Highway is when we first play as Shadow in SA2 and he makes his declaration of revenge against the world, so I assume Black Doom is trying to revert him back into that hate-filled mindset. From a meta-textual reason, it's because Radical Highway is Shadow's Green Hill Zone.

Yeah in the original stage, there's a lot of platforming mechanics and obstacles to deal with. but in this version, it's a lot slower with not as much going on. i do like the multiple paths and presentation at least tho

Game looks cool and all but it’s showing too many signs of Forces level gameplay and that’s disappointing. I was hoping they’d embrace more of the Unleashed / Generations style for the Shadow stages
@@reloadthedestroyer I fully hope you’re right about that. I haven’t seen many of the other stages but even trailer footage was giving me that vibe so I’m a bit concerned still

Shame the Rail Grinding of RAIL Canyon is the worst part because of how Automated it is.

it does not matter if its shorter than the original stage only if its long enough and the stage is too long dude
