I want to petition for Dina to do more digital art and whatever she feels like instead of feeling obliged to do what the comments tell her to do.

I think that here as we have to right to voice an opinion. Of course that does not mean sending hate or being to harsh like "that's sh*t do something else". But we have the right to say " I prefer that other thing". Of course that idea is to take with some moderation but we the viewer are... Well... Important for her career. Without us she won't go far. We have the right to say "I prefer that". Now, once again to say "I prefer" is different than "I want you so that instead" or different than my previous example, she does not have to listen. It's her right. And... Her duty in a way. In that situation we, viewer that are respectful, are not the problem if she in the end do something for us she dislikes. I mean, I'm not denying the pressure of non respectful watchers and the pressure of losing people if she does not please them. But there's a public for everyone. There's a public for digital and it's up to her to follow what she likes, in that case digital, to stand up for it, to accept she will lose the traditional public and will gain watchers in the digital field. It's our loss, not really her. It's never really the loss of the creator in a way as there's always a public. It's more our loss.
However we still have the right to have taste and to voice it. We are the consumers of that content. As consumer we can voice opinions.
It's a complex subject, I know it with a lot of nuances depending on the situation and it's really easy to go to the extreme some are going to... (like... Going to the house of the creator and insulting him/her is she/he does not want to let them in or take a picture with them. Or simply hate. It's a despicable extreme). But the solution ia not to go on the other extreme and make us quiet. In that case I really think we have the right to say "I prefer traditional". And it's the right of Dina to say "But I want to do digital". And stand for herself (even if yes it's her job and she needs us... But that's the thing she can't have everything. If she wants to keep the public that dislike digital... She has to please it. Or as I said she has to let that public go and find another one.).
After that it's us these viewers that have to think "well I like her and her art... Maybe I can bear some digital video" or - and it's also a good and valid option !!! - "Hum... I'm sorry but I really can't. I'll follow her on instagram, I'll maybe stay a follower here for her channel health, but I'll stop watching what I dislike". (or "I can't I'll unsubscribed" it's also valid and totally ok.).
Your comment is an accusation toward the viewers voicing their opinion. No one is to be accused - if things are done with respect of course ! - nor Dina nor the viewers. But it's not right to imply that we have to shut up in that case. No. She has to stand for herself and think, and rethink, and decide. We also have to think, be respectful, not send hate and let her do her thing, but we don't have to be quiet ! Yes she is feeling pressured, but hey, she has to make a choice. She has to stand for herself and what she likes.
Dina you are an amazing artist. You'll find followers in the digital world. Don't worry. You'll lost some people, including me, I'm sorry, but you'll find others and you'll be fine. You prefer doing digital arts/videos ? Do it. Do what you like. You can. Plus your whole branding is not based on digital so you can switch very easily. Now decide, if you want to keep us the traditional I'm sorry but you'll have to do it.
But I prefer to know that you are doing what you like, what you truly want, than to see videos of you knowing you are not enjoying yourself as much as you would just to please me. I'll find other artists to watch. You'll find other followers. I wish you the best and I'll keep following you on instagram of course (I have nothing against digital art in itself and digital pieces. It's just the process of digital art that I don't fond interesting to watch for me.)
I didn’t mean to annoy you. I just wanted Dina to know that a lot of us are happy as long as she’s enjoying making the videos as much as we enjoy watching them. Even if some people are making her feel like she has to do something that she doesn’t find as fun, it’s important for her to know that sometimes she has to put what she wants to do first to make sure that she’s having fun.

So I think the girl could be called shula(SHOO'-lah) and for the boy Na'im(na-'EEM). They are both Arabic names, and shula means flame and Na'im means happy or joyful(update:there a chance I was wrong and that na'im means either heaven or nice, but I'm not sure.)
Also I definitely enjoy both traditional and digital honestly I just enjoy your videos no matter what you do.

These two are so eye catching, I love how their differences are slight, but they really DO make big overall differences to the designs. And I hope people leave you alone over this whole Digital thing, it's YOUR art, so make sure YOU enjoy the process!!!

I am 61 years old and I have been doing pencil/paint art. I am struggling learning to do digital. I plan on being persistent and getting it though.

im actually enjoying the digital content more tbh. the sketchbook stuff is great, and how i found this channel, but im really enjoying the digital stuff.
there is just a lot you can do with digital that you cant in a sketchbook. and i looove your digital art.

Honestly I've missed you doing digital, you have such a nice crispness to it that your traditional can't emulate, although still very much has its own quirks of its own. Also extremely happy to finally see another character design, really loved the video

I used to draw traditional art and recently started to learn digital. It is hard! You need to spend some time to learn to draw digitally, even if you are great traditional artist which I am not). It is like learning a new material I guess. So now I appreciate digital art much more)

Huh, I studied 2D animation in school and we had to use paper, but when it came to my own art I was almost exclusively digital. Traditional mediums have always scared me because they’re so permanent, it’s only recently, having stumbled onto your channel (Kasey’s and Rin’s as well), that I’ve been brave enough to attempt traditional 😊

I feel like the male character is a very show off type person, because he is adopted and wants to be the center of attention so he does very wreak-less things and his sister is more serious about the craft and want to be more behind the scenes but love to share what she does.

AHH! So cute, there are still some techniques I have to learn digitally but I love having the freedom to mess up and try again without ruining paper.
I believe that the majority of the people requesting traditional content are not digital artists or like me they are trying to leave the digital realm behind! PLEASE do what you need to create! I like all of your videos your a true joy to watch! As a young Artist you MUST continue to work digitally. I gave up traditional art for 12 or so years to compete in the working job markets! The fact the you can do both and have time for both I find AMAZING! Stay true to yourself and enjoy your Art ! Sometimes paying the rent you have to set aside works you love to do to create pieces you must do! Have a great Holiday season!
Wow it’s so creative!!! And I also gotta say about digital art that, I guess it doesn’t really seem like actual art but like you said it’s more for design, and what’s really most important is the creativity!! I think traditional art has more value but it’s all the same
I loooove your digital art!! it inspires me so much! I own a drawing tablet for two years now, and I'm still not really used to it... I used to look down a bit on digital artists, but that was kind off to tell myself that it was not what I wanted and I did not need to spend that much money, but then I discovered some amazing digital artists (like you) who inspired me so much that I wanted to learn to do that myself :) long story short please go on making digital art!

Oh these are so so so good! I love purple so much, best colour! I love the fire, it's so pretty, the colouring is just perfect. The way you did those tattoos as well, stunning! You're so freaking skillful! I love when you do digital art! Do all the digital or whatever art you want! I was getting into digital art not too long ago after years of not doing art anymore due to very shaky hands, and I thought I'd try digital art because for me, it'd be easier to stop when my hand started hurtig to touch and to pick it back up later. But then, I was using my partners ipad and pencil, and well, our puppy chewed and broke it..so that was short lived for like 2 months. But i actually did improve, so i'm a little gutted.

I love this video! The characters look amazing!! Also with the whole digital and traditional, it all depends. I'm used to more traditional art than digital but I have done digital and it takes lots of practice. I don't hate digital but I feel I favor more towards traditional only because I'm used to it and comfortable with it. I'm trying to expand my art though to both digital and traditional. 😊

Digital or traditional its all art. Its all your own original ideas, with the help of twitch lol. But you can clearly tell it has your stamp/mark on it. Thats the part i love. Each artist leaves a piece of them in their art. So im happy watching whichever you decide to do.x

For names, I would think of Caster, Bessemer, Stirling, and/or Wrought, since they're juggling red hot metals instead of traditional fire. Sorry if I'm really late to the video.

Fignis and Pyria Salamandran. Pyria makes him keep his hair up in that pony tail, because whenever he lets it down all the girls in the circus swoon and fall off of whatever they're balancing/swinging on. They need an animal sidekick to do circus tricks with. Now you need to Random Character Design the rest of the circus troupe they are a part of.
I've always only done paper and pencil (everything else requiring that "money" stuff to buy). I've been trying to learn digital for years, but I've never been able to make tablets work for me. Trying to eye/hand coordinate when the line my eyes are looking at is up on a screen and the point where the stylus was touching the pad is not the screen. But I've recently inherited an iPad from a dad who rarely encouraged my art back when I was growing up (yes, son, you draw good. But I want my grandkids to eat. What will you do for a day-job?) because he wanted me to have a digital drawing tool. And the line is actually appearing where the iPencil point is touching the screen. Maybe I can make this thing work . . .
If I do make some fan-art of these two, where would I post it so you could see it?
