Being able to visualise in my head is actually super easy for me. I've always made stories up in my head that I can fully visualise and I struggle with maladaptive daydreaming.

I love this! I’ve been training these abilities without even realizing since I was little. I can hear, feel, see, smell and taste anything within my mind. I had one particularly interesting session with an old friend, and she took me to a part of the woods by her house that had very gnarled trees, their branches looked like claws. I put my hands and forehead against one that stood individually from the others, and when I silenced my mind, this unbearable rage came through the tree. I was feeling very happy and magical that day, so to suddenly feel this heavy rage come through when I touched the tree astonished me…. I will never forget that day.

for me, I can easily visualize things in my head. I can also visualize right in front of me, as in with my eyes open I could imagine a tree inside my house, see it clearly like its there, then touch it and actually feel it.

Heres what i did for clear smelling. I had everyone bring 5 scents with them and a notebook. The items were passed as you smelled the vanilla or the orange or etc you wrote the first thing that scent reminded you of. Peppermint for christmas for example. This way when you are doing psychic work or a reading for someone and that smell comes to you then you will know the message is christmas. I have done this with my coven and each persons book of scents is unique to them as all senses would be. We get most psychic messages thru symbols

Psychic smelling is called clairallience! I've never practiced it and it's not the one I use most, but the first time a deity was reaching out to me, I had a very clear honey/incense smell follow me around for days.

I think this one is really good in a passive way. It can kinda give a premonition of something going on and give you and idea what it’s like. Like, not great for journeying or direct communication, but it’s a great information download because that random scent might convey a ton. Really good for understanding how benevolent or malevolent an energy is.

finally realizing that i actually do have these abilities, as a child i saw spirits frequently, it was chalked up to a big imagination at the time but apparently i had once perfectly described someone that my aunt saw in a dream the night before without her saying anything about it, so im pretty confident, my father can also see things and believes it runs in the family, but it's taken me a long time to stop brushing it off, can't wait to exercise my spiritual muscles 💪 thank you so much for this video!

Thank you so much! My grandmother was psychic and myself and one of my cousins inherited it. When I was three we moved into a new house. Later that day, my mother brought me back to the house and I asked who the man was in the corner. She said, bewildered, that there's nothing there. I couldn't believe she couldn't see him. So I described him perfectly. Then she became afraid and told me it was my imagination. A year later, I stopped talking about things like that at all because my parents had started to talking about taking me to a doctor. And I'd seen on tv what happened to kids who went to doctors for things that 'didn't exist.'
I'm not sure what my main skill is. Probably clairvoyance. I'm an artist, so imagining things in my mind is second nature. I can feel things from objects. And I often smell food when there's no food around.

I have a similar story. I was 5 years ild when my grandmother passed away from cancer. I only knew her appearance during her last days, I’ve never seen her photos from the past. However, three days after she was buried, I saw her in the corner of her former room (where she lived before the cancer; she died in the different room, and back then I thought exactly that room was her room). I told my mom about it and she asked me to describe her, and I described grandmother’s appearance when she was much younger. Then my mom told not to pay attention. She always was like this - I feel like (and have some experience myself) that our family does have some relationship to the occult and the christianity, and seldom mother does drop some wild lore on that, but the rest of the time we pretend that we have nothing to do with it for some reason 😅

some of the most powerful experiences i’ve had have been in family constellation groups. that was probably my 1st experience completely channeling the feelings of someone else, i mean before that i could feel if someone was sad, but in here i literally fell to my knees crying while channelling someone who i didn’t even know was mourning.
i would say, DO be careful with it, and learn about whoever is guiding the session & protection + cleansing. but at least for me it was an experience that helped open me up 💕

98% of TH-cam mediums or psychics charge for this type of information. This has been frustrating for me because I am low income at this time. I have to work hard to pay all of my bills each month and sadly don’t have enough left for this training.
    So, thank you!

    Amazing detailed video!
The reason you found it harder to visualize a colored shape compared to something you've seen is because when visualizing a known object or scenery, the brain is pulling information from memory, but when you're trying to visualize the triangle, you're using creativity to make up an image, so the brain is pulling separate things from memory (how a triangle looks like, what the color looks like) and then putting it together however you wish to create something new. Then that gets stored into memory as a separate image and experience, so if you try to repeat that exact experience later, it will be way faster than the first time.
This is why people who have a hard time visualizing, usually have poor memories as well. It's better to go with associated senses, like in the orange tree exercise, but sometimes the other senses are impacted as well, so it might be better to think of the associations the person has with that specific object. Thankfully, witchcraft has so many ways of replacing visualizing 🥳
I have no idea how an orange tree looks like, so I replaced it with a walnut tree and as expected from a maladaptive daydreamer, I could visualize everything perfectly. I can't see or hear spirits with my eyes and ears, but that's probably because I'm not open to those experiences 😅Sometimes it's not the psychic ability. Sometimes, it's just a mind block

Tips I have- when you wake up every day, take a moment to feel the energy in the air. How's the energetic weather feeling so to speak.
Practice sensing the energy in your body. Once you're comfortable with that, practice moving energy in your body. Form it into a ball in your hand, move it between hands.
You can practice this with elemental energies as well.
And this is all progressive, don't expect to do all of this as once, you may need to do this over and over to progress. But you can do it

I write down my dreams and that helps my intuition! Really it does- you should try it. I guess that building intuition should help on all clairs 😄🤷‍♀️ maybe.
I think also, I have been working with my self esteem and saying positive affirmations to myself for awhile. I think this has improved my clairaudience because now that I am listening to my inner voice, I noticed that it tells me when I should not do something or like if I need to rest for example, and things like that.
    Hope it makes sense 😅
Thank you for the video 🙌🥳 super nice! ❤

When i do spellwork or rituals i cant feel the energy of an object when i hold it but im very in tune to the shifts of energy in the room. Suddenly feeling hot or cold. Getting goosebumps, butterflies in my stomach, light headedness. Thats usually when i know im doing something right lol

I'm clairsentient too! For me it's this tingling wave that begins at my chest and pules to the ends of my limbs depending on how 'strong' it is. This can be a mere half second to minutes if I'm purposely channeling energy for example. Also the added bonus of picking up feelings in spaces/individuals extremely well. I need to work on protection for 'negative spaces' per se, as of now it's horrendous when it occurs

My strongest clair has always been clairvoyance. I grew up seeing spirits, but those around me would always dismiss it as active imagination or that I was crazy. My belief never wavered, except I am a lot more blocked psychically than when I was a child. Trying to open up more again.
I could see the orange and the things around. I also daydream, have very vivid dreams and lucid dreams.
I could smell it, and taste it. I could hear the sounds around it. I could also touch and feel it. My only problem is to do all those things at once. Like I struggle to hear whilst seeing, or feel the touch of the bark or orange at the same time as I am listening.
Struggle in real life too, but doesn't stop me from still trying 🤣I want to be able to visualize so vividly that I truly am in that place if that makes sense. So far that has only worked when creating dreams from the in between void after a dream ends.

Clairolfaction is the psychic sense of smell! I sometimes get a whiff of something that no one else smells so I've often wondered if I have that sense. I am mostly clairsentient, but for me it's all emotional and gut instincts.

  • @wizzy615
    @wizzy615 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

For clairsalience or clear smelling, you can start by "imagining" certain scents at will. You can also try to pick out certain scents when there's a mix. For instance, if you go to a mall or busy restaurant, you might want to see if you can determine each spice they're using or what meat they're cooking. You can also do this with perfumes
Clairgustance or clear tasting is similar. Imagine what things taste like. Maybe a picture of a piece of food you see online. You can also predict what something you made or someone else made will taste like before you taste it. You can predict that something you're cooking needs more salt or something like that
Mat Auryn has a similar exercise to the orange tree exercise, but in classic Auryn fashion, its pretty extra. He has you imagine a rosebush with petals that taste like dark chocolate. No hate, some of his methods just amuse me with how sparkly and whimsical they are

I think there may be some people who have absolutely no psychic ability. But I everyone who thinks they might or even wants to, actually does have some… it’s like a call of something from within. I think there are absolutely some “worst sort of muggle” people who have no interest and no capability (although I think sometimes skeptics have some strong abilities that they don’t appreciate. But again some people really just can’t.)
I just really feel if a person feels any type of pull or interest towards it, it’s cuz it’s there. We’re on the right frequency even if we didn’t know it.

mostly clairvoyant, i cant intentionally visualize anything but i will see things very clearly with my eyes closed, it will just sort of pop up, if i actively try to visualize something i just see black, i also see holographic forms superimposed over reality with my eyes open, it looks transparent with shine that makes out the form. i see physical auras and other moving energy shapes on reflective surfaces like a turned off TV screen works really well.

I'd argue that the exercise is not exactly an objective indicator of your strengths. It can be for many, maybe most, but not everyone. In my case, I have aphantasia (have trouble picturing things in my mind), yet some of the most striking experiences I've had with the "supernatural" had to do with seeing something from the non-material plane. The things I've seen did not require my actual eyes, and the information I got wasn't just the kind of things I'd get from looking at something normally. It came to me as something visual, but with additional information attached to it in some way, that I "just knew". It wasn't something I tried to do either, they just came to me in very specific moments in my life.
There might be people who struggle with some of the other senses when doing this exercise, but I'm not sure how often that might be. Most of the time, it's a struggle with visualizing, and so the one type that'd be taken out of the equation would be clairvoyance, straight up. I don't know if any others could be as easily dismissed. And even then, like I said, how you might prefer/be able to do the exercise does not seem to indicate something that you're unable to do at all. 🤔
Nonetheless, I appreciate the exercises to improve visualizing. I too have trouble "inventing" things in my head, it's much easier to picture things that I've already seen somewhere. Like, when I'd picture a rose, I'd picture a very specific image of one that I've seen somewhere. I'm also an artist, so it's kind of a pain to make a visual plan for what to draw next. :/

Watching this makes soooo much sense for me. I've always had such an easy time with visualization. It's always come soo naturally. And whenever I sensed energies in spaces I've always visualized it as people/animals with distinct features and clothing and it's not like building the visualization, it just happens in the blink of an eye. And trance work is so easy for me too. I always thought I just had an active imagination but when I told my mentor about it she confirmed everything I "saw" during trancework. This video makes me feel seen and sane 😂

I've done one psychic 'training' with a friend who is also a practitioner. We gave each other a few objects with a backstory. And the goal was to find out the backstory using our abilities. For example, I brought a favorite toy from my childhood. Or she brought an item who soaked energy from the place it was in and I'd have to find out what kind of place that was. It was really fun and we had some really interesting results.

I feel things, but a little different to how you describe them. I feel them like how a spider feels when something is on its web. I know where it is and roughly it's size. I can also feel what kind of energy it has, though, I struggle to name the types of energy. I usually categorize it in good, bad, neutral in respect to me (though, it's much more complicated than that).
For example, I've felt something large behind me, masculine energy (only a little though), sad, despair, and hopeless but with kind intentions (potentially misguided intentions though). I felt that when I was meditating once.

17:44 edit about crystal, idk if it just the artist or the avid reader in me, amethyst as a concept gives me like head in the clouds feeling. And carnelian is giving “red sand dune” or “grand canyon” feel. Both are them as a concept. And when I say I feel. It’s not physically feeling, it’s like recalling to the sensation, sight and smell.(I can literally whip up a “recall to sensation” of smell and touch on the go and sometimes i experiment with new smell and texture. It’s fun.)

Thank you very much Bente, that was really helpful and a good reminder to be in the clear intuition/instinct. There is also the sense of knowing, but I forgot what that was called. And it might be a bit harder to train but I think you could ask your body for example, what it needs, or think of a loved one and about what they might be doing and then call them and ask the. But the knowing often comes easy for people. like "oh I knew you would say this or you would do this, or call me... Liebe Gruesse from the Scottish Highlands, if you ever want to come this way I'm happy host if I can, meet up or give suggestions 🌱🌻🍁

I have great "spatial thinking" yet I think I have complete aphantasia (visual here, maybe all) - I can very well imagine "things in locations space, with features" BUT I still absolutely cannot comprehend if people can actually "see" as if they were dreaming.
    - Can you see behind yourself? my "visualizations" work almost the same behind me and in front of me (probably just because I am not used to imagining most things behind)
    - It is more like "sense of where things are" - same as grabbing something behind me without looking, because I remember where it is. Same kind of sense of "knowing it is there, knowing it is green, etc"

it is easy for me to "rotate and manipulate" complex shapes, scenes, animate sea waves with impossible colors ... but I do not _see_ anything. XD - I just know "where the vertices are" so to speak. XD
      - Is this visualizing or not? I never know ... Because I use visual "representations / modelling" all the time, with lots of detail, yet it never looks ANYTHING like a dream, much less open eyes.
      - The only thing I see is "random noise/TV static kinda/ , and static overexposed remnants from when my eyes were open"

I think with clairsentiense simply being in touch with own body helps alot. I think thats why im naturally good with it, because i have trained sports and stuff since i was a kid, so im very in touch of my body and its sensations. I think alot of people this day and age are very dissosiated from their body, because humans these days mostly use their brains, unless person specifically does sports or focuses on sensations of their body. So my advice on clairsentiense would be getting more in touch with own body and doing physical activities.
Like what ive heard some people dont even notice their own hunger ques and stuff, so how could they sense spiritual things with their body, if they cant even sence their own basic needs.
With clairvoyance idk if its because im artist, so i do alot of visualisation daily for my living. So maybe making visual art could help? Atleast i think it includes alot of visualisation and listening intuition, like also clairvoyance does. Or maybe i just have naturally a visual brain and thats why im also an artist and have clairvoyance gifts.

The word visualising was always so misleading for me because when I close my eyes and literally try to project an image onto my retina I see black and nothing else. But when I read a book, I’ll have images pop up in my head or when I’m daydreaming I also “see” things, without literally seeing them. I’m a graphic designer and artist in my profession so I can imagine what I’m making before I’m making it, but it’s not the same as seeing. It’s not seeing with my eyes closed, it's more like knowing how something looks like and imagining it. I always struggled with exercises in books like the exercise with the orange, picturing it smelling it, tasting it, but only because I expected it should be more life-like, more like hallucinating, where it would be indistinguishable from the real experience, while dismissing what my brain does automatically and trusting that that was enough.
That’s why I always believed I didn’t have any psychic skills, even though I utilise my imagination all the time. Once I started to utilise what I have naturally instead of believing that I don’t have any talent for it and I knew what to expect, only then I was able to deepen my practice.
Thank you for the video, I think it’s going to help a lot of people to know what to expect.

I was raised in a very scientifically minded house, but since I was a teenager I could feel that I could "channel energy" in my body, and was frustrated that there was no way to prove whether what I was sensing was real. That tingly slightly prickly "pressure" in the skin that's a little uncomfortable to maintain for long periods of time.

with the orange tree visualisation, what would you recommend working on if all of my senses are about the same level?

  • @soon_to_emerge
    @soon_to_emerge หลายเดือนก่อน

I am not sure about the result of the exercise. Honestly, I don’t know how exactly an orange tree looks, but I can visualise a tree that I think looks like an orange tree 😅 I can visualise oranges no problem. But I can’t visualise a “new” place - I just put that tree in my office. I have trouble visualising (unknown) places in general and people’s faces, even people that I very closely know, i.e. my parents. But I can visualise particular emotions in the eyes. Also, I can’t imagine the taste, even though I often eat oranges, but I can imagine the feeling of its juice pouring down my throat. And in general it’s very easy for me to imagine how foods and drinks would feel as I consume them based on their looks. But I can’t imagine the sensation of bark or orange peel, but I can feel the weight if the fruit and the motion of the tree (and sound of leaves) if I shake it. All in all, I am a bit confused about it, the inly think I am certain of is that I am good with visualising (and I remember some cases of clairvoyance during my childhood and teenage years).

there was a time in my life where a video like this would have triggered me. for a time i was under the fear generated delusion that learning to engage psychic abilities was very dangerous, especially for younger folks whos brains are still developing.
decades later, i know i had it completely wrong. because whether educated and trained in this area or not, some people come into this world with more advanced 'tuning' than others. and sometimes this tuning offers great advantages, but more often than not these 'advantages' come with drawbacks, or personal costs. a person with the potential to access higher states of being should ABSOLUTELY be mentored/trained to do so, by someone that knows what they're doing IMHO. it's the most logical pathway to stability for these kinds of people. and they do absolutely exist. some people are just wired different and until it is explained to them this isn't a bad thing, that they aren't broken or defective, they tend to let their gifts indirectly destroy things in their life, over time. i've seen it happen, it's a very slippery slope because the mind is the most slippery surface on earth.

  • @soon_to_emerge
    @soon_to_emerge หลายเดือนก่อน

Also, up until recently I thought that psychic abilities are lost when you grow up without training them, so I felt like this is something that will never return to me. I hope that it’s possible to train the repressed abilities in adulthood just fine.

Also, this is probably a dumb question, but am I supposed to actually physically feel the tree through my fingers or will it feel more like an impression? When I practiced this, I don't feel anything on my hands as though I would if I physically touched something- but my fingers feel weighted, and I can visualize feeling the pebbly texture of an orange, I can feel the weight of the orange, but not the surface of the skin. Does that make sense?
