How to open yourself up to spirit world… this would benefit the children from depression and confusion and self doubt and self esteem….
Wholeheartedly agree. So many kids could benefit from learning about the spirit world...this could truly change humanity for the better and make this world a more accepting and less fearful place...a Renaissance Era of Spirituality and Technology. This will likely happen in the next century or even before. Think of the tremendous healing of past lives for people who are ready, and the reminders that "hey, you may have been this race/gender in another life so don't be ignorant," and most importantly, "Your loved ones are always with you, don't fall too deeply into the grief of their separation from their temporary bodies, the body and human mind are the only things separating us from each other." If we can truly understand humans, we can understand animals, spirits, aliens and all creatures. And children know of the existence of spirit, mythical creatures and other beings in other places...we just dismiss it as fantasy and then the children lose their innocence and the truth of this universe...very sad. Humanity being aware of their spirit selves and working together with spirit guides and loved ones etc. is the only way to begin to truly save our world, before actions can have true results.
Sadly, I didn't get that experience and now it will take my whole life and my death to fully embrace and not fear Source/spirits and whatever else is out there. It'll likely take hundreds of more Earth lives for me and others to get free of reincarnation and merge back to Source because of society brainwashing for thousands of years (and maybe evil aliens). (Though I don't understand why there is such a rush to complete earthly lives now). Being an ex-atheist in this lifetime, with psychic abilities and all memories blocked since birth, I've been robbed. Learning of soul planning good and bad things for lessons before birth and learning of good and evil entities, despite my soul knowing I am Source like all souls are, my human self can't help but feel fascination, confusion and mistrust of an energy world I have not experienced as a human yet. Hopefully in the future, perhaps the next century, we won't have to worry about disease, fear of death, karma, hate, the veil, and losing our identities each time we reincarnate...we'll all be psychic and more loving like spirits and the advanced aliens around us.
I think we should be wary of spirit. It would saved me a lot of poor health and trouble. Although there are many types. Protection is key 🔑

I got my sign 3 days after the meditation 💃🤣 funny I was not sure what sign I wanted, I asked for a sign and changed it to another one, guess what? I Got both signs, happened right after the other, I was blown away.

You can ask for anything, but I asked to see double rainbows first, then I changed my mind because I was always seeing rainbows, I wanted to be sure it was the sign I asked for.
So I then asked to see 2 magpies as I had seen on my roof the day before.
So I went out that afternoon, then I saw two magpies, and I heard this is your sign, and I said I said on my roof not just any house.
I step out of the car and I see a child walking in front of me with two rainbows on her shoes 😂 I then laugh and remembered I didn’t specify where.
I then get back home and there’s 2 magpies on my roof, 2 more then fly over.. I immediately surrendered and gave thanks, those were the signs I asked for, and I received 😁
I was listening to this podcast while brushing my teeth.. still decided to participate in her guided connection, thinking if this is real, it doesn't matter what position I am in. So, as I am in the mids, i feel very relaxed and pulled to the left. My thoughts told me to lay down just for a second. I did. I felt and saw my spirit guide. To confirm, I picked a blue bird. Being back in my human body, I started crying with tears of the missing home.. I was at home. Anyways, I'm telling myself to get up to finish getting ready, I kid you, not my focus. Put me straight onto a Christmas ornament, which has a blue bird on it. I wasn't looking for anything. It literally found me. I even had to find my glasses to make sure this was a blue bird.
The 9-minute long guided experience at 21:21 was very powerful, very appropriate and efficient process. I have meditated for years and do various spiritual practices every day, but this struck a different chord with me. I had to go back and listen. I love Suzanne! She gives me such confidence that my fiance is still around me. I don't think he's become a guide, but I definitely sense his presence at night. Sometimes I'll wake up as I'm falling asleep, sit upright and catch myself looking around the room frantically. I think my soul senses his and it's looking for him. I miss him so much. I wish cancer was just an astrological sign 😭

I have listened to so many different ways to connect with Spirit, Suzanne was the first ever to teach how to receive evidence that you are connected. I asked for proof of connection as she explained in the video and several days went by and I thought, maybe I didn't connect, until I overheard a conversation and the uncommon phrase that I had picked was mentioned. I almost had whiplash as I couldn't believe what I heard. Since then her method continues to WOW me for the evidence that keeps flowing in. Thank You Suzanne, finally I know I am connecting!!
Yes, when this happens so easily for the first time, it knocks your socks off. I think main thing is to approach it not by trying to believe it works but by IGNORING any feelings of disbelief that pop up! That creates the openess for newness to happen after setting the intention, as Suzanne says.
It is a shame. Many people don’t share this basic skill in a way that people can understand. I think it is cause many teachers don’t practice what they preach and tend to use big words they have read instead. Connecting with spirit is basic and it is beautiful it has been done in such a way that shows you don’t need nothing more than an intention and setting some time to do it. Beautiful interview
I was amazed by what happened to. me watching this video. I followed along with the meditation and when we got to the part of asking our spirit guide to reveal themself, my grandfather came forward. I asked for a sign and could not think of what to ask for, to reveal a sign that this was real. My grandpa held out a fish in his hand. He was quite the fisherman on earth and I was thinking why didn't I think of that. Well I wasn't expecting the confirmation quite so quick. I about fell over when I continued watching the video, that the word fish would be said 2 times. Wouldn't have expected that word to come up in this video. I am ready to continue learning and growing in this. Still smiling from this amazing experience.
I lost my true love, best friend, soul mate & hubby of 40 years January 31st of this year. I am left with visions of his struggling those last days and nightmares of him suffering til he took that last breath and heart that last beat while I sat by him holding his hand. I got Glinda the good witch from Wizard of Oz. I asked for her magic wand to come to me, so I can wave and rescue the dog,s and kitties in need. And all the other suffering animals. My heart is always aching because of this issue. I wasn't going to post anything, but now maybe if by some craziness, I get this wand given to me (Lol), I will come back here to comment. I feel so tormented by others suffering, whether child, animal, etc, that I daily wish to be out of body permanently to stop the pain. Thank you!

I saw my sign today: Last week I asked for an Orange butterfly. Today I was walking in the park with my husband and baby and suddenly a butterfly showed up. The only butterfly in the whole park. And it happened to be Orange. Powerful message. Thank You Suzanne and spirit guides.
Update: I Googled the spiritual meaning of the Butterfly I saw (monarca) and it is said that monarca butterflies are messages from our spirit guides .
Last week, I had a session with a Medium and she connected to My master spirit guide. The Orange butterfly was indeed her sign. I got my confirmation
After completring the guided meditation, I heard the word “safety pin” as my sign. I haven’t seen a safety pin in years and don’t think I even have one in the house if I looked for one. Later in the day, I was killing time watching a TH-cam video about a woman who found a package hidden in her heating vent. When she unwrapped it, one of the items she found was a diamond encrusted safety pin. I am recently widowed and have just started dating again. The guy I am seeing thinks I’m a little crazy (because paranormal has followed me all my life) I can’t wait to show him these two videos. He works at Tiffany’s and will appreciate the diamond encrusted safety pin!
Indeed....knowing you can actually continue a relationship with a loved one is ABSOLUTELY SACRED.....and SO much more than merely a "continuity of consciousness". Dear Suzanne, abundant gratitude. I have exactly same story about being a physician and seeing my own father pass away due to Covid in a hospital while I couldn't do anything to save him as a physician working for Covid. Heartfelt Thankyou beyond words for healing a part of me❤
My dad transitioned in September of 2002. It took him a while, but eventually he was able to let me know he is still around. He visits my mom and my siblings but they don’t understand signs like I do. I have had two messages without the need for a medium, and three different signs with three different mediums. I do have a very, very slight affinity to grasp beyond the veil. Just enough to let me know, there is way, way more going on than what our limited senses can detect.
Doing this short practice was the first time I actually felt my guide. I felt so calm and also had a feeling of moving sideways while being still in my chair. Thank you Suzanne for this quick practice and experience

Hi Suzanne my son died of a fentinol over dose in 2021 we talk together everyday my son is happy and doing great in heaven. I asked Colin to give me a sign he’s in the kitchen I asked him to knock on the wall in the kitchen in an hour or so he did and I excitedly said out loud and I cried with tears thankyou Colin for being in the same room as me. My son tray passed on 9/11/21. I am so lost. My soul is 💔. I have not been able to work and I had to move out of my house. Him and I lived together and I cry so much when I am there. The pain is unbearable!!! He was 17yrs old. I miss him so much. My life has stopped!!!🙏🏾❤😇
I understand . I just lost loved one x 2 in one year. Its so lonely without them & feel like crying but often I talk to their spirit & ask for signs they are here or can hear me. Have gotten a few surprising signs. I also did see my dog appear to me in dark hallway after her death. She also sparked little lights above her picture for a couple months after her passing. Spirits have to communicate in subtle ways at times. Sometimes they come in a dream. Stay calm and ask them to visit u. bless u. Your loved one is with u.

I watched this show yesterday and was shocked at the being who came through for me! I have known him most of my life but never experienced him communicating with me like he did yesterday. I asked for roses as proof of him communicating with me. This morning, I was doing some color by numbers on my Ipad, and there was a silhouette of a woman totally covered with roses! Proof positive! I lived about 30 minutes from downtown Manhattan on 9/11/2001 and can still remember the sound of those planes overhead that night and in the days to follow. I should've started meditating then just to calm my mind during that difficult time but only incorporated that practice into my daily life a few years ago. It really IS life changing! Glad I came across the video. I had never heard of Suzanne before today.
I sensed a woman and a man...maybe more near me. Distant but present. I felt a mutual feeling of respect for each other. They made me feel that I am important to many also.

I did the meditation the other day and was given an image of an orange ball as my proof. I wasn't 100% that it would happen though. How often do you see orange balls when you're out and about? Plus the good old self doubt.
Today I went to get some shopping and almost outside of our house, against a wall, was an orange. It was my sign. To say I'm blown away would be an understatement! Thank you.

I wanted to buy some musical instruments and asked what I should by and was told a Shofar, it was so very cool. I was looking at them a couple years ago and couldn't even remember what they were called until I thought that. I also learned it was Arch Angel Sandalphon by a few different pieces of evidence. The first was a video, the second an angel oracle card and then the next day the same card came out. Really beautiful.
This was incredible. I followed the brief meditation and what happened next was amazing. I whispered to my guides the type of sign, in a low tone so that my phone doesn't pick up on my voice so not to prompt my iphone to start sending me ads with products that have butterflies in it. lol So yes, I asked for the sign to be a butterfly. Then I said to myself maybe I should've chosen something else, anyway, I had to check the mailbox which is about a 10 minute walk from my house. As I'm walking with my earbuds listening to my chakra healing frequencies I say again " i should've really chosen another sign" cause the chances of me seeing a butterfly would be high during this time. Nope no butterflies flying on my way there, but on my way back something told me to look to the left of me and there on a bumper of a white vehicle was a black and white butterfly. I let out a laugh and smiled from ear to ear and looked up and said "wow that was a quick confirmation guides!" overwhelmed with gratitude for letting me know that they are with me. It was such a good feeling.☺
I literally received my sign from my guide in less than 3 hours. I asked for a rainbow 🌈 and as I was working on my social media post I was working on picking a background and what is that background? A painting of a rainbow 🌈!

I was born into a family that had lost two children and a husband. One of my purposes was to come into this world and help my mother and families hearts heal. God gives different gifts to different people. It's also like a muscle and I feel like maybe the medium you spoke to was still exercising her muscles. It's not up to us to judge others. I was caught off guard when Suzanne said "ask for a sign". I didn't know what to ask for. But when she said "expand", the sun came out and shown brightly. It had been a cloudy morning to that point. My eyes were closed but I could still see the room had suddenly brightened. I know the guides are all around. Earlier in the week I was talking to myself driving. I said, "The times are changing". A few seconds later Bob Dylan singing, "The Times They are a Changing" came on the radio. I know, keep practicing and build a bond....

I am an aspiring medium because of a medium moment I had a few years ago. I hope so very much I get to meet you one day. I just found your page, but I so much enjoy your truth on the subject. @andy and Anthony well thank you so much for that! It's extremely kind of you! So far it's been quite challenging honestly. My father recently passed and of course I was thinking "ok this is it I'm definitely going to get a clear reading " but I only got one, and it was the day before he passed, so I'm still kinda back and forth about did I just want it so bad I imagined it? Grief is a very strange thing. As well as the mind can play tricks and does. If you also do mediumship on any level I'd love to hear anything you have to say on it!
Its like communicating over a shortwave radio. You both can have the radio on but until you are at the same frequency you cant communicate.

Unfortunately, I never got any sign. Even when I use to meditate I never felt like I got a sign. My soul is in a lot of emotional discomfort and pain, so through the guided meditation here, I cried a lot. Often meditation makes me cry. I don’t receive any messages. When I stop and breathe and sit quietly I cry because I have to face the emotional pain I am in. It’s hard to explain. I would desperately like to make contact and have some clarity.

Before you talked about the two Indian women, I had stopped the video and decided I was going to ask my guides to help me.
I talked how guilty I felt having to put my pet puppy down to sleep and how I am grieving and how much I miss him.
After talking to them, I pushed play in time to hear you talk about softening the heart to help take away the guilt and I was listening to you say that the Dad, who had passed, said something about a teddy bear that he had given his daughter,
My guides were telling me thru YOU how I need to soften my heart in order to not feel the guilt.
Wow I got shivers and tiers and gold glimpses of light in the meditation.
Hi! I hope you are doing well. This year I found this video and your channel. I have a few questions haha, hopefully you can answer most of them or comment your point of view.
I can remember stuff that happened when I was 5 years old. Besides that, since I was that age I could see “ghosts”, mainly dead people and beings.
We have moved from different houses, since I had 6 years to 18, I could see plenty of stuff going on at these houses, even priests tried to “clean” our last house, and they just told us to move lol.
I moved alone when I was 19 and all these was still happening. Maybe a lot less because I had a full time job + going to University, my mind was somewhere else. Instead of been able of seeing these beings, something happened to me and it was really crazy. I wanted to be an electronic music producer and dj, it was my dream and since I was 13 I tried to make it happen.
I was so intense with this goal that I started to have "bad dreams" or nightmares. A succubus was visiting me in the nights and she sew my mouth, removed my teeth and she always told me that I was dreaming. Long story short, this happened for a couple of months and I had inception dreams with her, where I was dreaming in my dream until I finally woke up. After a while she left me in peace but I was able to keep doing this, so when I went to sleep I was studying music production and I started composing dozens of songs, that I could remember when I was awake and create a song in less than 4h.
Fast-forward to 2024, I stopped having these sightings, I stopped having lucid dreams since 2018... But one of our dogs past away on January 7th and we are heartbroken. So I started to find comfort and peace through TH-cam videos and I found many channels that invited Mediums, Psychics and Channelers, then I just realized that maybe I was one all this time and I just ran away from it because I was really scared.
I've been trying to connect with my dog, to make things “worst” our cat had cancer and in 1 month a tumor took her to heaven. I've been trying and trying, forcing myself to be able to see things again, to try having lucid dreams and invite them to show up there. I'm not able to meditate, my mind is full of daily thoughts (I have 2 jobs and still going to University), I'm starting to feel desperate, and I want to talk with them to know how they feel, what happened and find peace.
My question are:
What do you recommend me to do to be able to connect?
Do you think I was able to saw all these beings or maybe I was Schizo?
Do you think I should find a Medium to try connecting with them, meanwhile I'm not able to?
I saw my mother's orb about 10 by 10 inches pulsating bright strong light against the wall at a mortuary office during a meeting to prepare
for cremation. That was my mother's energy of her spirit visitating me. That is proof that that is who we are.
I had tried to watch what I thought was a real time webinar from youtube on suzanne and that taping was terrible it would get to a certain stage in the video and start back at the beginning! I did a search and found it in her library of videos thnk God. I suppose i was led to it by my guide.
I watched you on new level soul....things are elevating rather rapidly following a very powerful shift in perspective. I've spoke with archangel Michael...I get my purpose and my husbands....uhhh now what....it's slightly overwhelming 😂 but I'm so happy. But this is real!!!!
Since my much loved Maine Coon cat aged 17 died in December 22, I constantly find small white feathers everywhere. The day after she died one floated very slowly past the window. Every time I find one I ask if it is from her.
The story of the doctor having guilt touched me greatly. My Mum was taken the same way and the guilt I feel is heart wrenching. She should know she was a victim just like her father was. Hospitals are systematically killing our loved ones and employing doctors to do their bidding. Denying meds that work so they can vent them. I thought I had all the info I needed to help but I did not. The hospital was the last resort and, like everyone else, she was killed by drs and nurses that knew what they were doing. I'm sorry this doctor was unaware or lied to, etc. The last place a person with CO v I D should go is a ho$pital. I am thankful to have heard Suzanne say what the drs father said. I felt like it was my Mum speaking to me. Peace.

Thank you for this ( asking again maybe someone can help here), the thing i dont understand about mediums is that they very expensive and refuse to help you otherwise. I am not saying that they should not be paid for there time but not everyone earns dollars, some of us means our month salary etc. Surely the guides can tell who can afford and who can not and we can offer donation based on what we can afford..It all gets very demotivating when they only help the rich. If we all about love, surely there should be some help for all? can you please shed light on this
There are many, many mediums who are not expensive. Some have sliding fee scales, some reserve a portion of their time for pro bono work, they are out there. What I would suggest to you is that you sit quietly, ask for the medium who would be the best energetic match for you with a fee that is doable for you, for your highest good and the goid if All. Then, let it go and be patient. The right medium will appear. And if not, then it is Source saying the time isn't right for you to have a reading. I hope this helps!

For me it been a year, i also been taken for a ride with cold and hot reading with people even reading off my fb hence i was trying to approach one from the recommend list of Suzanne as i trust her of course but they all stop replying to u once u ask for a payment plan or something hence i feel so lost. Thank you for ur advice and i will sit and ask and maybe on day i can get the answers i need to be free of the endless pain
I agree. With the exchange rate it makes it very expensive for those of us from other countries to do these courses. I feel it should be a lot cheaper.
You should pay if you can , true mediums are not chasing money..
I will not seek a medium .Spirit knows how to communicate with me through dreams and if the need is there spirit will send me one .
