When I cook, I normally start with olive oil, onion and garlic too. My favorite spice to use is red pepper chili flakes. I put those in everything. And everything but the bagel seasoning too. I am learning to use more exotic spices while cooking. This video was great. Thanks!

I don't have a good palette I guess. I can't taste the difference between the cheap spices and the "good" spices. They all taste the same to me.
