This breaks my heart. Praying for you. Please have your hormones and thyroid checked. It’s could be what is causing you so much mental issues. I started feeling this way and I had my thyroid checked and I had issues with my thyroid and hormones. Please don’t believe it’s just your mind , there could be a medical underlying condition. ❤❤❤❤❤

Despite having not very good mental health within the past 4 months I really didnt want to clean my room. My room was really cluttered. When I pushed myself to clean my room it was actually one of the mentally healthiest thing ive done! I was constantly finding things i couldnt find earlier or found things i dont remember having. And I found 2 bags worth of candy :D. I've never felt so motivated to deal with life despite my current mental health. Im hapilly continuing my room cleaning after posting this hoping to find more tasty unopened wrapped candy 😋. Had to share this cuz I know many people are in my mental state and would be too depressed to clean but this will completly motivate them.
