finally finally prop baddest man of all gets respect. im a yank played both england rugby football in america, except ng's are 340 now u are equal to a ng in nfl in my book.
I have been! I do 100 shoulder shrugs 50 tricep dips Then do 50 standard bicep things I want bigger shoulders because I'm going either prop or 8 for my college, I want to get back doing sprints, I weigh 16 and a half stone and currently(before my ankle injury) ran 100 metres in 13.5 seconds, not too sure how good that is but wanna start building on it!
I'd lobe to make it in rugby. My life is rugby I train everyday, when I'm not training I'm watching rugby, I'm 17 I train with the first team and my team and go to the gym I'm going to be doing college rugby next year and I've worked out its my last chance to make it. I'm supposed to be on crutches for 6 weeks for torn ligaments and a dislocated ankle after two weeks I'm training.. I want to make it more then I want to sleep
Just a fun fact :Jonah Lumo was 6,5 and 120Kgs. He could run 100meters in 10.4 seconds. He play pro rugby for 8 years, before he had to quit. But in those 8 years he accomplished so much. He is considered a Legend in New Zealand.
I met the Franks brothers In Hamilton against the Chiefs. Somehow my Uncle is pretty good Mate with the two. Not really that big compared to me, well I am Hella Fat so I guess its only Natural. Thanks for the Video, it was amazing.
maybe not the crossfit part but it's motivational because it's whats behind the scenes not just the final product. it's the training (the hard part) and the motivational speech is by one of the most well known and best speakers... i have done about 5/10 times the training than i have played actual games, this is more rugby than the weekend game is...
Good video clips; some very unbalanced advice, though. Need to include a healthy definition of success, or you'll have a stack of burned out over-achievers on your hands. Probably leaving a wake of emotional baggage. The point he wants to make is good; but, I've buried enough of my friends who lived like that. They were professionally successful. But, their personal lives were in shambles. Please don't get me wrong, I'm all for hardwork, and "doing what it takes." But, define "success" very, very carefully.
Even now I watch it from time to time, best motivational video ever

Who's the narrator?
Sounds like Samuel L Jackson
Eric Thomas
Scott Stevenson
The Franks doing crossfit and some individual skills, while some bullshit motivation speech is playing, that is not rugby and not motivational.

Obviously everyone trains far more thn playing games, I just do not ee how this specific bit of training is in any way motivating.
Can you do a better speech than that?
Jeremmy Necromancy Perez Probably.
ben-t I'll wait for it.
