I don't know about you guys...But this inspires me so much. I currently play rugby as a Inside Centre. And ever since I saw this video, I've been busting my ass off not just in practice, but outside practice as well. I workout as much as I can, I run at 5:30 every morning. Some people look at this video as another motivation video and do nothing with it. Shame on you guys.

i don't think it was meant like that everyone needs sleep, the background can be applied to anything you do and want to succeed at, also going back to the sleep bit, Dan Carter on Xmas goes out and does twenty kicks, every other day he does a hundred, because he is motivated and he wants to succeed instead of not training. The sleep is more of a metaphorical meaning
