  • What is Spring actually like in Vancouver? If you don’t live in Vancouver, understanding the weather is an important part of deciding to move to Vancouver. You don’t want to be caught off-guard and more than anything you want to know what you are getting into.
This video will give you a snapshot of what Vancouver is really like in Vancouver. It delves into the weather, the temperatures and yes, of course the rain, too…plus all the pros and the cons of a Vancouver spring.
And most importantly, I also discuss whether the Spring is a good time to move to Vancouver. It’s one of Vancouver’s most beautiful seasons, but is it a good time to buy a house in Vancouver? And what’s Vancouver’s real estate market like in the Spring?
Be sure to check out this playlist that I put together all about buying different property types in Vancouver:

And, if you are thinking of renting when you move to Vancouver, you’ll want to check this video for all the details about how renting in Vancouver works:

28 days before we visit Vancouver as a scouting event for retirement. That B roll is very enticing. I can't wait. I haven't looked at as many homes lately due to the very busy camera season I am covering.
Could you please book some sun for us Sebastian for when we come out: temps between 7 and 19 would be nice :)
I think the best way to describe the moisture in the air is that it is lung nectar. It does feel oppressive and sticky like Ontario. When we would wake up in the morning, we'd wake up with clear noses, didn't have any sinus issues like we have in Ontario. Air just feels so much better.
Mowing the grass and weeding is what gets me to take a break from work ;)

@ordinaryfilmmaker I'll see what I can do about the weather! ...and yes, a little time in the garden can be a nice break from everything else, that's true!

Vancouver ❤ this is why I can’t wait to move to this city! So tired of Calgary. Winter lasts until May 😢

Spring in Vancouver is super nice. I used to live very close to Tap&Barrel but I've only been there once. It's usually packed. I still live relatively close and go to Olympic Village just to chill by the water.

@nicktankard1244 I know...it was so odd that Tap&Barrel was so empty on such a beautiful spring day. I was shocked! But also totally fine, because it made it easy for me to grab a prime table. ;)

Spring def didn't come in Feb or March this year. Feels like it JUST started.

I hear you, @biohack9540...but it's been here for a while. I actually almost filmed the video too late (and I filmed it two weeks ago) as a lot of the spring blooms had already faded. :)

@johnnyboyvan Indeed! Thankfully, I don't have any allergies so I don't suffer in the Spring but I know that many do!
