I have Porcelain tile floors that look like wood but have a well and the water is pretty hard and the mop water leave a dull film on the tile. I`ve tried Vinegar and water and that doesnt work, will the Bona Floor cleaner not leave a a film? I really don`t want to use the polish on a 2200 square ft house.
I’m going through the same thing I have wood look porcelain tiles just installed and can’t get them to shine as I want to I also tried water and vinegar. How did it go with your floor ? Did you use bona?
@@joseph._.altidore5171 I have found something that works and its cheap although its sometimes hit and miss to get on Amazon. Pledge clean it muti surface concentrate. I use 3/4 cup and 3 gallons of warm water and only use it about once every fifth mop cycle since it holds up so well. Its only about $5.50 for a 32oz bottle but order well before you need it since although it comes packed two, they are out of stock quite often. I`ll find the link for you in a sec.
Please be careful using vinegar. We just installed a Cali Luxury Vinyl Plank floor and their maintenance instructions say do NOT use vinegar on their floors. FWIW.
The cleaner is fine and works well its just expensive for $20 when a cheaper $5 cleaner can probably do the same thing. The real shine is from the polish which I highly recommend!
Tech Reviews Unboxings and More! Would you say it had a pleasant fragrance or more of a “toxic” smell. I ask because I have used polishes almost identical to this one (down to the milky consistency and instructions to use in an “S” pattern) and before it dries it has a noticeable but not overpowering chemical smell that strongly irritates my sinuses. It tends to linger for a few days as well. I found this out after coating the walls in my bedroom with that polish (walls look great). Also the smell happens no matter what surface I’ve used it on, tile, granite, bath tub, painted walls, wood furniture, and the dashboard of my car. Thank you

No. Apply the polish directly to the surface and mop away in the direction of the grain.
