They still rely on the headquarters' decision to build a new department store in this city.
What I got from this lesson if I am not mistaken, and I can summarize this rule and you can correct me if I'm wrong, Verbs that is uses brain 🧠, such as focus, depend, concentrate, relay, insist we use ON WHERE AS we used IN when it comes to the verbs that we used our hearts, such as believe this is about the spiritual verbs when you use thinking, emotions and so on But we always use IN with physical action verbs, participate and specialize, This is personal thinking 🤪🤔, I might be wrong, but this way it sticks in my mind Greetings you from Yemen 🇾🇪

'On' come when sentence give sense of "whole/full" and 'in' come when sentense gives sense of "some/approximately".
