As an SnS main i dont think i can play without Wind Mantle lvl 2 or 3 anymore haha iv spoilt myself. Since using items down count as a sheath for SnS and you can spam shield dash and have a counter up at any time.
Powder vortex/heal powder kinsects could be good the the chaotic set due to the high heal amounts allowing for good aerial play. Pair it with the kinsect recall silkbind to slow stamina drain equals lots of powder/low wait times

it's so good! and using metsu is way less risky because you don't have to worry about your wirebugs recharging for 10 hours if you miss haha

Wind mantle and dual blades
Oh yeah? I've never found the cooldowns for dual blades abilities to be that bad but maybe I should try!
