    저는 매장에서 카다이프면을 녹인 버터에 충분히 버무려준 후 철판에 넓게 고르게 펼쳐서 색이 날때가지 구워 줍니다 큰 컨백션 오븐 기준 180도 12분 정도면 다 익어요!
    (피스타치오 페이스트로 많이 벅차실텐데 시간 아끼시라구 공유드려요ㅠㅠ)

    저렇게얇게 구멍 뚫으려면 바늘로 콕 하는게좋을까요? 얇게 구멍뚫는 팁이있을까요??
    하루만에다못만들꺼같은데ㅠㅠ 만든거보관은 냉동보관하면될까요?
    카다이프면 평일동안 만들어서 주말에 만들려구요...

      만든거는 저는 바로 볶아서 냉동보관해요❤❤

    혹시 카다이프는 바로 사용하지 않으면 어떻게 어디에서 보관 해야하는 지 알 수 있을까요?😢 7월에 놀러가는데 두바이 초콜릿 만들어서 지인분들께 선물하고 싶은데 카다이프가 품절이라 직접 만들려고 합니다ㅜㅜ

    안녕하세요 영상 레시피 보고 만들고 피스타치오 스프레드랑 섞어놓고 초코 몰드 만든다고 잠시 냉장고에 넣어두었는데 스프레드에 섞인 면이 눅눅해져서 바삭한 식감이 사라졌는데 피스타치오 스프레드에 문제가 있는걸까요 면을 얇게 못만든게 문제일까요? ㅠㅠ

      엇!!!! 그러면 두꺼운데 덜 볶아서 그런거에용!!
      얇게 만들어서 갈색설탕색보다 진~한 정도로 볶아주셔야 일주일 지나두 바삭바삭해요~~☺️☺️

      @@user-jc3bs1jg5k 따라서 만들어봤는데 짤주머니 끝을 조금 잘라도 조금 넓게 잘라도 팬에다가 짤 때 얇게 주르륵 안나오고 방울방울씩 나와요ㅠㅠ 그렇다고 방울 안나올 만큼 힘줘서 짜면 영상에 나오는 두께 8배?정두되네요….ㅠㅠ

    방울방울지고… 힘주면 굵고 두꺼워지네요.
    짤주머니 아주 작게 구멍을 뚫는다고 했는데 어렵에요.

      어차피 버터넣고 한번더 볶아줘야하기 때문에 판에서 떨어지면 바로바로 빼주셔두 됩니다 :)
