In an official prison burrito you make your own tortillas out of smashed up saltines and doritos. Add water, knead and roll out on plastic bags laid out and cook everything else while it drys. It stays sticky for when you roll it and you can make it several feet long with 1 box of saltines ($3.80) and 1 bag of doritos or "cactus annies" chips ($1.80, or $2.20)

Bc I would honestly comply with all those rules if I knew about them but how would I know without breaking them and being told?
