    Purchased the 675 and unfortunately had nothing but problems, problems that AR tried very hard not to fix. It leaked from the hose adapter from day one. I even went out and bought a brand new garden hose. They sent an extra garden hose adapter and O-ring (it was used!) to try and solve the leaking. It did not. They suggested I hadn’t tightened it enough so I snugged it up further and the cheap casted part broke. So did the original one. I know you’re probably saying “idiot you broke it and are blaming AR?” But I’m telling you it snapped with hardly any pressure. I work on my own cars and am reasonably handy around the house. It’s just a cheap cheap part. Can’t find replacement part easily either. In order to have it looked at by AR I’m supposed to fed ex them the unit on my dime which is $100 plus. Given they’ve been insinuating its user error I’m not confident they will honor the warranty if I send it which means I’d have to pay return shipping as well. All that would put it close to the price of a kranzle which is what I should have purchased. Currently the unit is a non functional $780 paper weight.
    At one point the claims handler tried to tell me the unit was out of warranty even though the claim had been filed during the warranty period because they hadn’t been able to fix it. When I asked to escalate it to his boss he said he couldn’t and basically told me to fuck off. Of course I escalated it on my own. Really shady and slimy practices. I had been biding my time to get a good pressure washer for YEARS so this feels extra frustrating. Just thought the detailing community would like to know. If anyone has a bead on aftermarket, preferably higher quality hose adapter I’m all ears.

    I used my 675 today for the first time and I absolutely love it. Time will tell but I can tell the difference coming from a Sun Joe that the quality is superior. I probably spent over $500 buying replacement electric units in the past and hopefully the 675 will last me for a long time☺️

    Awesome video. I’ve had my 675 for the last few months and haven’t had any issues. One thing I noticed right away was a high pitched squeal that the unit sometimes did when you released the trigger on the sprayer (happened once every 6 or 7 times). AR stated I shouldn’t worry about it so I’m glad.

    Thank for your video, I own a 675 since about 1 year and in the last few months I have started to experience the buzzing noise and no start on a more frequent basis. I thought something was broken inside the pump head so I took it all apart ! I could not find anything wrong in the unit, the seals and everything was in good shape. I changed the oil while at it. I though that perhaps the big capacitor ("ItalFarad" RP-2 uf 65.) was starting to die. Now after watching your video I am tempted to just cut off the factory GFI plug. My machine is on a dedicated 15 amp circuit.

    Great videos thus far. Just curious, why did you personally decide to go with he 675 as opposed to any of the 630 versions? Is this a better or newer model?

    • @TurnerMobileDetailing
      @TurnerMobileDetailing  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you! I didn’t buy the 630 because I didn’t need a unit that used hot water. I went with the 675 because that’s the most professional model that was available from ARBC. I also looked at the Kranzle, but I felt that the ARBC is just as good but much more reasonably priced. As far as I know they haven’t come out with any updated models at this point.

    Don’t tape m22 fittings or garden hose fittings. It only hinders the sealing. There is an o ring that seals on the inside of the pressure outlet and tape pushes the fitting out, thus pushing the o ring inside pipe out as well.

    Thanks for the video. Great information. I am new to detailing. I just bought the AR675 and a 100gal water tank. Would you be able to tell me what size bulkhead I should be using for my water tank? And what hoes? Can you show us all your setup?

    • @TurnerMobileDetailing
      @TurnerMobileDetailing  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thanks! Honestly I don’t know, I don’t use a water tank. TBH I feel a water tank is only necessary if you’re going to be servicing an area where you would have no access to water. I mainly service suburban areas so I have access to my clients water 99.9% of the time. As far as tank setup requirements for the AR675, check out this link clean-garage.com/ar-bc-pro-675-pressure-washer-tss-total-stop-2000-psi-1-7-gpm-ar675/. Toward the bottom of the info, there’s info go a mobile detailing setup, and a gravity fed water supply. I’ll be putting up a video on my set up very soon.

    Can I ask what diameter of inlet garden hose you're using? Also how long is your outlet pressure hose? I read one comment that 50ft shouldn't be exceeded - but not been able to verify that anywhere. Thanks!

    • @TurnerMobileDetailing
      @TurnerMobileDetailing  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      A standard 3/4” garden hose. 50’ outlet hose, 3/8” diameter, 50’ works fine, never heard it’s the max tho.

      Not yet. I recently made an update that I have to throw up on TH-cam about how my total stop switch failed. AR just replaced the machine for me.

    What size generator can run a arblue 630 ? Recommended? @turnermobiledetailing

    • @TurnerMobileDetailing
      @TurnerMobileDetailing  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I don’t want to give you the wrong answer and something goes wrong. But here’s a good place to start clean-garage.com/ar630-tss-pressure-washer-total-stop-complete-shelf-wall-mount-detailing-package/?sku=AR630-WM-BLK-75-ACQ&gclid=Cj0KCQjwtJKqBhCaARIsAN_yS_lRxmGtGTj1mWnGngyMQAa8iPpg-KiCQNPmR3gTWX4WsnGy6q8RLusaAohpEALw_wcB Scrill down to the Mobile detailers info section for how to calculate the proper generator specs. I use my 3500 watt generator for my AR675 and it does the job, but I do t use it for prolonged use and not very often. You need to take into consideration the duration you’re planning on running the washer off the generator.

      No not yet, BUT I have been having an issue with the TSS switch. ARBC is sending me out a new one, and I’ll be attempting to replace it myself. So keep an eye out for that update.
