Avoiding being materialistic is a good one.... I wear $4 target shirts and $40 Levis and I'm perfectly happy with that. The only 'things' that I spend money on are another one you hit on and that is my hobbies (especially mountain biking).

I have a serious Amazon problem. It would be great it there were an extension to block it from my computer :( I need help. If I had to go out and shop locally, that would make me think about purchases more and the hassle of going out to shop would slow down the purchasing.

Lol no one tighter than me, I'm supposed to be having a new bathroom being installed in Feb but I'm looking at delaying still April. The bathroom will be £3000 and I currently have £6000 in my account and feel will be shame to have that 6k cut in half. Much rather have £4-5k AFTER the bathroom has been paid for seems a nice amount while relaxing in brand new bath
