All the music in this flick, including Vanilla Ice's, would've been acceptable a few years before this movie came out (remember, he sold 15 MIL!), but by the time of its release, Nirvana and the whole grunge movement already washed away the whole Club MTV scene, and NWA and the whole Thug Rap movement rendered Vanilla Ice an irrelevant joke (with the added bonus of Suge Knight hanging him by his ankles like the scrub he is!) So this movie came out about 2-3 years too late. With all that said, I'd still take Vanilla Ice over Macklemore.
