The Newray cooperated factory is one of the leading glass factories in China, which has 6 kilns, including 1 plain white material furnace, 2 high-grade white material furnaces, 1 crystal white material furnace, and 2 tea material furnaces, with an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons. We have Single drop, double drop, 8S, and 9S machines that have a total of 28 production lines. Our factory covers an area of 320,000 square meters, with more than 1,100 technicians and workers.
With high-precision German production equipment and Italian automatic packaging equipment, production efficiency has been greatly improved. Projects such as green photovoltaics have reduced energy consumption to a certain extent, making products more competitive in price. Our factory also continuously learns advanced Japanese technology and management methods and implements optimal factory management. We also have an excellent QC system and the certificate of ISO9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015, and food safety system certification FSSC22000. Quality can be highly assured.
Currently, based on customer needs, we can produce bottled glass products weighing 25-2000g and a capacity of 20-5000ml, which are not limited by shape and quantity. Our NNPB (Narrow Neck Press Blown) technology and lightweight production are at the most advanced level in the world. The product colors include high white, fine high white, common white, emerald green material, and brown color material. The production varieties include more than 3,000 varieties of food, beverage, seasoning, health care, wine, medicine, cosmetics, kitchen and household glass packaging bottles, glass jars, and glass cups. According to customer requirements, the products can be further processed such as printing, roasting, silk screen printing, bronzing, color spraying, electroplating, frosting, water transfer printing, etc.
