Sometimes the max hp and torque number doesn't show the whole picture. Some dyno curves have the torque climbing then hitting a max at, say, 3500rpm, while others are nearly at the max from the low 2000s all the way to max rpm. In this case, it may have been a standard SE stage 3 cam, which don't really set the world on fire.
I wish the 122 had been available for the soft tail when I bought my low rider S. I did the 131 and it was a tremendous waste of money for the way I ride.

I got 2023 114ci stage 2. 100 HP and 124 TQ. Stage 3 doesn't get that much more for the cost.
