Bro, this is awesome!!!! This new rack systems you are showcasing are really slick and practical. Great job!!! I have back problems, glad to see a boatload of solutions for the drummer that want to use all the tools he need but doesn't want to carry all that load
What would I use on my right side for a heavy tom...not a floor tom but its heavy enough that those clamps slip...unless I crank it down so tight it leaves dents in the tubing...which I don't want. So what's the solution? How can I position this toms mount to place the weight on top of the tube rack rather than the side? Or ???
Hey! Do you guys have a showroom anywhere in the LA area? Id love to check out some different type of racks and accessories, but i cant find a single store to try anything!
Yes you can. Our multi clamps will work with tube diameters up to 1-1/8”. If you are planning to mount them inside the vertical legs, you will need to make sure the diameter of your cymbal stand tops is either 3/4”, 7/8”, or 1”.
What about durability, does this stuff gig well, being broken down and reassembled every night ? What about weight, my main bugbear ? I use six cymbal stands with a five tom set up and it's an awful lot of metal to carry around. I need to loose as much of this weight as possible.
mark anderson this works as good as any other rack set up. As long as you use memory locks, everything is in the same place every time. This is lighter than using 6 heavy duty cymbal stands
Awesome as ever. Gibraltar really are raising the bar (ever pun intended). However at 5.57 you should have polished the marks out of the cymbal arm, not a good advert. I do love your hardware though and I'm currently in the process of converting my Roland pile of crap to Gibraltar.
man you are so much inspiration to me.. i made my drumset a joke to set it up and with a killer look...

René Sánchez thanks! We are glad you dig it!
Just basically got this set up, it's a lot of stuff, so we'll see if it makes it any easier🤷 I'm worried, lol
The bent bars really give a unique look.

everytime i watch brent's hang, i wonder, who the heck comes up with those product codes?
A computer, most likely.
Can I use my existing cymbals tops for each clamp?
