    I started doing your bedtime yoga at the beginning of the week. As someone who is very overweight, I really appreciate how low impact it is, but still gives that really good stretch my body needs but doesn't get through out the day. I feel very relaxed at the end of the night and much more refreshed in the morning compared to when i started. Thank you for helping me on my path to self -improvement, Kassandra!

    Oh boy, going to try this. I weaned myself slowly off of Ambien and NyQuil over the last year ( worked decades as a night shift nurse). Also drastically reduced my caffeine intake. I am definitely sleeping better, but I think this will make it even better.

    This was really lovely! The kids are in school break so had a busy day entertaining them, then handed them off to their dad, had a hot bath and found this yoga sequence: bliss!!! 🙏

    awesome video, probably the most effective bed time yoga sequence I've done. That body scan in the end really did it. Just beware of sneaky adds at the end and be sure to go to the end first to eliminate the add. Nearly asleep I was scared to death when that loud noise started.

    I actually LOVE this bedtime series. I'm currently recovering from a metatarsal fracture and can't walk very far/strain my foot, and your two bed time yoga videos have been playing from my phone on repeat!!

    An unbelievable thing happened last night. I'm known to have troubles falling asleep, so I decided to start doing bedtime yoga. By the end of this video, I just started drifting off to sleep. I can't believe it. Thank you so much for your wonderful videos, Kassandra! Gonna do this daily now. ❤️

    I’ve been doing the 30 day morning yoga challenge and I love it!! It’s even been an extra motivation to wake up when my alarm goes off to get it in before work each morning because I really do feel so much better after each session. The timing is perfect as well. It’s just enough time to wake up and stretch out my body from the night before and still have plenty of time to get ready for work.
    I just tried this video last night because it looked so interesting that I could do yoga in bed! This was amazing! It usually takes me hours to fall asleep and stay asleep but I was asleep within 15 minutes of the end of this and slept through the whole night. I will be doing everything I can to incorporate more of your videos into my life.
    At first I thought the 20 mins might be too long since I was only doing the 10 mins in the morning but you have such a way with walking us through the stretches that the length of time really was perfect
    Thank you so much for all the videos you make and post!! I am so thankful to have found your page and to really discover yoga with you!!

    I have been doing all your bedtime yoga alternately but had never fallen asleep on the mat except tonight. That was really good, though this is not the first time for me to do this practice. Looking forward to having a good night's sleep. Thanks a lot again, Kassandra. Namaste.

    Love this bedtime yoga routine! Works every time. It helps me to drop off to sleep, by relaxing my mind and muscles, and I find I have better quality sleep after doing this. Thanks so much, Kassandra. Wish I did yoga years ago when I suffered from insomnia - I probably would have lost a lot less sleep.

    I had this practice in bed and it was so incredibly relaxing😍 I feel so good right now. I didn't go under the covers because it's too early to sleep, but I will definitely do this bedtime yoga practice before bed soon!

    I fell asleep during every single yoga pose and had a 10 minute nap at the end before bed. Is that good? 😂😴 Love you Kassandra 💜

    This was so good. I was drifting off perfectly BUT THEN then a dumb loud add had to go play at the end of the video and shake me out of it. 😭

      @@prathika2945 The poster can definitely decide where the ads go. I've subbed a meditation for sleep channel and they only have one ad at the beginning and nothing else throughout or at the end. Even if the video is 9 hours long.

    I actually found it really difficult to do the seated poses in bed...couldn't lean very far and it strained my back and neck. And the twists didn't feel very deep. Maybe my bed just isn't great for yoga...

      Keep trying. I also cannot do forward poses. But her new one month bedtime yoga was pretty good. No ads either n end that are so loud. Lol
