- The end of our R2D journey. I want to say thank you to all of you who stuck around till the end. We made so many great memories together and sadly this story must come to an end. I hope you will all stick around to see where my story goes next, but until then let's remember this journey start to finish.

This marks the end of our journey with R2DA. I want to say thank you to all of you who stuck around to the end. Unfortunately things must come to end, but don't be sad, be happy that we were able to have this experience together. I hope you guys will continue watching the content on this channel, even if I don't upload that often anymore. This will also mark my last video about R2DA, this is my final goodbye to R2D. But who ever said I can't make anymore Roblox videos? We still continue our plans for Blam! in 2023, I hope you'll stick around to see what we've created.

Im always mad that I didn't even play R2DA game during it's final hours. It's something that I'm gonna regret for a long time because this game was such a masterpiece.
multiplayer was broken anyways, dont feel bad be happy you were able to experience it in its prime
I was so unlucky to remember it, during a group call I tried to organize an R2DA server with my friends and wondered why the servers were so low. A week later I tried again only for the game shutdown. I only realized later that it had ended.

I really miss this damn masterpiece of a game. Both of my most favourite, nostalgic games died off and were abandoned by their creators.
Those games were “The Mad Murderer” by Loleris, and obviously, R2DA by PlaceRebuilder.
I’m gonna miss playin with you guys, the best community on roblox.
You’ll be missed, R2DA.
The best part of the mad murderer was being sent to mcdonalds by an exploiter and getting blown up by someone wearing a bomb vest. Those were true memories.

R2da honestly had the worst community but the game was great, it’s just the community that made me stop playing due to the bullying and toxicity.
Will probably be a 10-15 minute video compilation of all recordings and memories he had when it was still open. And maybe even, something about BLAM.

@NICECUBE As much as people dislike it which I also do, its honestly the next step to something better, specifically in terms of animation and gameplay.
It actually causes less lag for gameplay and simply allows better and more realistic animations, compared to R6 which limits it.
Its an actual step forward, the only sad thing about it is that we'll have to let go of what we enjoy.

Besides, what even is blam about? We know it's zombies, we know it's guns, but what else? Is it centered around waves of zombies like CoD? Does it have objectives and escape elements like L4D and the like?
These are details that should be established before development even starts, and I simply don't know what they're going for.
I'm 14 now. it's safe to say that YOU, and R2DA, unironically made my childhood, which is weird to think about. I was so young when I played R2DA and yet still had so much fun with the game for years (I stopped playing during 2020, started around 2018 with off and on breaks) despite never even unlocking the m249. the best gun I ever got was the RPG, and I used the tommy gun. it's crazy just thinking about the game at all, after forgetting about it for some time. thank you for what you've done, thank you for all the content you've made, and thank you to r2da for making my childhood as my all time favorite roblox game and my top 5 favorite games ever. what a ride.
Even despite many dramas, we just kept enjoying the game and spending our time because we liked the game

Just impulsively decided to type in "R2DA" into my search bar to see if anything new had happened for shits and gigs. However, after stumbling across this video all I can say is thank you to the R2DA community. From spending countless hours playing survival with friends, to spending countless hours looking for the legendary gift every winter... all I can say is that I truly will miss this part of my childhood. This game alone brought me so much joy and fun; and I am sure it did the same for a lot you too! R2DA will go down as one of the greatest masterpieces in my childhood and I will always be grateful I got to experience it. However, I will say this. I feel old asf now (haha)

Might not be perfect, but its definitely not the worst R2D either. Wished there had been more time for it to shine once more.

I liteary fricking cried. I just realised how many memories I have with this game and how much I enjoyed it.
I still remember playing R2da and tds each day those were my favorite games of all time now since r2da is gone I don’t know what my life is now.
I already miss the game so much. From 2016-2020, I used to come home from school almost everyday and nonstop play for days on end with my friends. one of the best experiences I've had in my life. what a journey we've had.

What a wild ride it was being a part of this community. Nearly 5 years since I've spent my time on this game before it finally had its plug pulled. As much as I hate to see it go, at least I had good and bad memories about it. Fun, frustrating, in the moment or taking a break, R2D holds a special place in my heart.
I'll be here for Project Blam, and whatever other projects might come in the unknown future, or not.

I think my 5 years of my life on this game were well spent, I have no regrets, I met people who changed my life, I had fun at every event with friends and this year was very different, I realized that r2da was greatly missed this Christmas, I felt empty, without hope, as if this Christmas was lost, same feeling for halloween... So yes, r2da has and will always make a difference in our lives, I must thank you very much Cornelius for having made all this content and for having helped in this community i must agree was not the best host of good people but it was a good community

It is a shame R2DA ended. I have been with it since the first Lord Pumpkin boss in the original R2D and the very first demo of R2DA. So many fond memories of present hunting, boss fighting, and loads of shenanigans along the way. Saying this game changed my life is an understatement. It created a community that I will still cherish for years to come. Farewell, R2D...

I never played too much but this game was one of my favorites. It was also one of the first games I played and while I never played much I still cherished it. Thank you.
I have been following and playing the game for years now, thank you for making such a great impact on the game by contributing all your assets with your team. Great job! Move on well.
This is a game that always remained one of my all time favorites on Roblox, even with long hiatuses in between me playing it. I always came back and enjoyed doing so. I returned to Roblox after a year and was devastated to see it gone. I will always cherish the memories - flying across the Void in a sleigh, figuring out why Tickers were called Tickers, and finally getting the purple gift (the Thanos gift as everyone called it) in 2018, and opening it with the whole server Christmas Day. These are memories I won’t ever let go of, even if they are just of a silly block game.
I will remember being hyped for your r2da update videos showing the new update with lyre le temps as background music, i dont know why but for me there was something special about it. And also miss the bosses, which for me was the most fun i had with r2da, almost dying and getting the rare chest was such a adrenaline rush that is unforgettable to me. Hope you have an good end of the year GoSinister!

I'm gonna miss this game, even tho i knew it already died ever since placerebuilder stopped updating it i still loved to come by every few months and relive the 2016 - 2020 memories, but hey everything has to come to an end. I love all the fun memories and friendships i built of the game. and especially you man, i love you and your videos, youre probably one of the only youtubers on the whole platform who i rewatched almost every video. the editing, the music, the gameplay, the skill, the asthetic, everything. It was fun but we have to finish somewhere.

R2d was a part of my life, I followed the whole journey of this game, and it's really sad to have to see the end of the game that I played the most in my life, but an hour would end and that hour has come.
Been playing since 6 years, R2DA left so many memories, good or bad i miss all of them, the community, the seasonal events, the banger soundtracks, PR Logic, Guard Panthers, the grind, the fun times and all that stuff. You do not understand how fast the time passes until the end.. It was a good run, thanks for all the memories.
I cant wait for a r2d game thats just like this, if te game was open source then the community wld continue the legacy but we didnt get that chance.
this was the biggest adventure of my life and even though i wasnt that good like only had 1 mount and is like level 31 or 33 it was nice knowing everyone in the community.
the one thing i do not miss IS THE PLAYING AS A ZOMBIE IN A SHED FARM!

First when I was watching I started to crying because it's the end of R2DA and I got a lot memories from last 5 years. Everything has the end like all of us.

I will miss this game a little bit, I put so much time and effort into this game and couldn’t help but keep returning. The memories I made on this game were some of the best and worst I have had on roblox, and I want to say that I truly hope that your game that you are creating is successful and becomes a even better game than peak r2da. Man this game is childhood for me, im sad that the game is discontinued AND close the game, if only I didn't get banned for no reason I would play the game one last time, thank you R2D for making my childhood come true.

It truly was a memorable journey I actually got to experience, man these 6 years sure were fun.
The R2D games are forever going to be my favorite Roblox games of all time. Hell, probably one of my favorite games of all time. It all started with the original R2D. It had such a huge impact on my childhood that no other Roblox game at the time could even come close to. And then it got filled with hackers & it closed. I was hella sad.
But then I saw R2DA. I thought it wouldnt have the charm the original game had. while of course no charm could be replicated fully, R2DA was the best it could be. I enjoyed every single second I had on the game. I have hundreds of clips on my PC that I come back to every now and then to remember how it was like.
I'm gonna miss this franchise. It will forever hold a special place in my heart. Although I feel sad about this, I'm also happy because I was there since the beginning.
i loved the game and felt some emptiness inside after i found about it's end, at least we mad awesome memories of the bosses and glitches. Loved playing the game!
It's sad to think that a large, golden part of Roblox's history is now gone and only experienced through a few fragments of old videos and clips. But it's scarier to realize that this can happen to any game that was ever published, and the discontinuing/shutting down of all games will soon come. As nothing lasts forever.

After playing r2da for a year my account got hacked and only after 2 years have I gotten it back.
I came back to lost friends, dead games and well this masterpiece of a game also dead.

really enjoyed r2da even if it was a grindy mess, it was just the feeling of waking up and finding presents and seeing whats inside of them that kept me playing. the events were fun even if it was frustrating getting the boss chest or the legendary present. im hoping blam will have that feeling that r2da had while playing but with a better grind!

There truly won't be another game like R2DA. It is such a once-in-a-life-time experience to play this game. PR's Development and Creativity combined was unlike any other Roblox Zombie Game you could ever play.

It truely is the end. Little to no servers to play on, no new players, and no more content to enjoy.

The first time I really started getting into Reason 2 Die, was a couple weeks before it shut down. I’m so pissed right now.
I didn't know R2da was closing until 2 months after the fact, it really sucks i didnt get to play it in its final hours.
Man even though i stopped playing in 2018 its still sad to see this game go, I played since the OG game back in 2014 too :/

one of my greatest regrets, never prestiging. I always would have a sudden burst to play R2DA but I never really went so far to get rank 60, even if I was 59. if I had known the game was going to close soon, I would of put all my time into prestiging. I'll really miss this game, but I guess its time to say goodbye.

Wow, the memories that I've made... I originally created my channel because of R2DA. It's sad I did not have the hardware to make decent videos, but I had a whole list of clips of R2DA from the pandemic years, that were all lost to an unfortuneate accident. I wish I could have put everything up for the internet to remember for decades, signalfiying R2DA's golden ages and the memories of thousands of people who enjoyed this flawed game. GoSinister, good luck on project BLAM. I hope it'll be successful.
Though I only played this game twice, I'm glad I had the honor to. I understand the rich history of R2DA and I'm disappointed I didn't see the game's fully beauty and didn't play it alot.
I still remember trying to get that duck from the easter event, I kept disconnecting when boss had like few shots to be finished, great times.

In 2020 i never really played this game, thought it was boring, all i did was get the bunny mount and the halloween items but after making a random new friend while farming bosses i promised id get to max prestige, ive made many memories with the community even though it was small and toxic. Waking up pretending i was in online school but instead was farming campaign and void just so i could get enough levels to get m249 was amazing. Played from August 2020 - May 2021 This game was my favorite part of sophmore year (covid pandemic was that year)

As I was young (10-12) when this game first came out I didnt know what to do, as I grew older I liked it alot to see it now go is kind of sad.
Ik, it is such a dreadful situation for everybody, but don’t take it as a farewell or a goodbye, it’s really just see you later, cus rlly, there is a remake or r2da, it is called “Ready 2 Die”, and it is coming out at the start of September, basically at least before September 5th
