This is the new BenQ TH685 1080p/120hz Gaming projector that supports HDR and has only 8.3ms of input lag, 3500 ANSI Lumens, high contrast and fine-tuned gamma curve so far I've been having a great time with while playing on the PS4.

Yo I bet this projector is so fun to use thanks for the great review! I have a small question if you dont mind, can you notice any motion blur when there is a fast movement in games or movies in your projector? Id love to know because im noticing some motion blur and judder on my Optoma GT1080Darbee which i love but wish they added frame interpolation to reduce the motion blur. Please let me know thanks! Thinking of buying this projector! :D

I have been watching your reviews to the Sony ht-x9000f soundbar and benq th685 projector , I have already bought the soundbar and I am waiting for the projector to be back in stock so now . So my question is can I connect them ? Also if i buy Bluetooth connecter and connect them will i experience all features ?
Is this a tab-tension screen? Does that only prevent wrinkles vertically cause those wrinkles at the bottom are terrible.
Does anyone know if I can remove the digital lens shift to expand the image of the projector?.. For whatever reason I have an annoying border of very faint light around the screen... I want this light to be all image... Is that possible?? Please help! I have limited room to mount the projector back.

I haven't tested the ht2050a but this looks great, I even have a video using it outdoors on a 150" screen and looks beautiful.

I can't get this projector to output a 1080p 120hz refresh rate on my computers display settings. I get only 60hz. I've managed to get an active signal of 1080p by changing hdmi edid to standard. My cables are hdmi 2.0 and I have "fast mode" turned on. what am i doing wrong?
Yeah, same here. I see 120hz but when I click it just goes black and tries to show input.
@@KeeferTech Hey there, I managed to fixed this problem awhile back. There lies the problem with my Graphics card Radeon RX 5700XT. My graphics card required I used an adapter to output Display port 1.4(source) to HDMI 2.0(device/projector). After that I saw 120hz option in my display resolution settings, I can output 4k@60hz too with the adapter.
I would check to see if your graphics card has the compatible inputs and that your cables bear the minimum version.
@@sckb4 oh cool. Yeah, I think some of my problem is with my Amp not allowing 120hz passthough. I connected directly to the projector and I can see 120hz.
It's 120hz capable as well.
Colours in HDR in that game you are playing look all washed out
colours in SDR are usually better when compared to HDR
Im going to test other games in a darker room to see more detail, it looks much better.
I feel God of war or days gone would've helped show off the colors better
