Bernard I think you should have asked much tougher question. 1. Why are they selling their interest to a company that is broke. 2. Why didn't they do any SWOT analysis to come to the conclusion that selling to a politically exposed persons is going to cause problems? All the answers he's given are really hogwash, simplistic... lack deep data analytics and deep consideration of the matters and the solution. If all they had left was to sell... what was the data to support the selling.. and why sell to a broke politician.
