I could see this channel someday being as influential as Korean Englishman in introducing an Asian culture to international audience. You're doing great work and your team is amazing, Marion.
Pashmi, Unlike some nay sayers, I totally agree! Marion would be such a great guide full of knowledge and local savy. A 7 to 10 day visit with her in bkk would be spectacular. When I hit the lottery Im going to arrange a trip just like you said!! How fun is thaat??
That take me back. I spent so much time in Thailand when I could travel and loved exploring the little neighbourhood klongs so much. And then all the food markets and street food everywhere.......
Thank you, Marion, for taking us on this cool journey with you. I'm an absolute foodie so, I would go crazy in that Floating Market. I'm sure I'd have to make a couple of lunch & dinner trips so I could try EVERYTHING! One dish I really adore is Mee Krob. I used to be able to get it in restaurants on the East Coast of the USA. They no longer make it there & they never made it on the West Coast. Could you possibly make Mee Krob in one of your videos? Thanks again, Marion.
My first thought when waking up with a hangover is ‘noodles’. Actually without a hangover, my thoughts are the same. Noodles are life. That market looks ah-mazing and I completely relate to Dax drinking that coconut water.
Not necessarily my first thought, but many hangovers have been helped by the previous evening's left-over green chicken curry, straight from the fridge cold, on warm multigrain toast. Breakfast of champions 🤣
I love catching the local buses over there and have done for 30 years on many visits. we would love to go back again this year for me its the food and the people. love it
hi marion, just a little feedback, hope the editors next time will allot some more time in between transitions for parts similar to the one that showed the different foods. 3:27 onwards. that part was too fast it can be hardly seen by those who havent experienced thai food outside cooking videos
this video is awesome, amongst the Locals again.. wow that Grilled Catfish... hhmmm, yeah, nah... you got me at the Noodle Soup, wah it looked delicious.. more of this content pls.. Dax is Legendary...what a Trooper..
Wish this would have posted a couple of days ago. It's our last few days here in Bangkok (been here for a few weeks) and the trave time there and back is just too much to do today. We did go to Octave for a few cocktails and and for margaritas and fantastic food at La Monita Taquera (a couple of times) on your recommendation. We can't wait to live here!
I’ve fallen in love with Thai culture and food so I’m planning a trip to Bangkok very soon. How would you recommend a tourist to approach this market . Is public transportation a good option or what else would you suggest . Also your recipes are always the best . I make everything to my fellow chefs for staff food in the kitchen and every time they love it. Love your channel thanks for the amazing content! :)
marion, Thanks for showing us the floating market. I just with this video would have came out a month ago. lol when we where there. However nice work on the video. well done!
Everything looks great! It's wonderful that Thailand's local foods are authentic and strong and haven't been gobbled up by international restaurant chains yet. I've seen big chains take over local shops too many times, it's not normal that we just all eat the same sh*t everywhere...
Well Marion, along with others and your channel I've learnt how to cook amazing Asian meals I really mean it! So because of the likes of you I'm now going to Nepal next month, Thailand and Malaysia is on the list too. Food just makes me want to see the world down there now, see what you've done? 😂😂
OMG i wish Marion was my tour guide when I was in BKK this past summer!! The floating market that my family and I were taken to was nothing like this one.
this is criminaly just too short! i need and hour long version of Marion in Thailand
We'll think about this, thank you so much! -Team Marion's Kitchen

You're gonna love this, and be careful! hahaha -Team Marion's Kitchen
@@Marionskitchen I will. A 5 minute walk to Boots is a looooong 5 minutes with the Bangkok belly to get loperamide pills.
We’re planning to go to Thailand and this video helps I just hope it’s a long version.. I was like is that all?! Haha felt like hanging here 😂
We wish to make them longer as well, thank you for the comment ! -Team Marion's Kitchen
I can't watch it to the end, it makes me homesick
Omg yummy 😋 our neighbour hood starves from addiction and mental health. You make cooking easy
The variety of Bangkok’s food tho!
Amazed by the vast variety of food choices. Shocked by the insane amount of single-use plastic.
Much appreciate this comment! We hope you enjoy our contents more and more! -Team Marion's Kitchen
I like to watch ❤
What the location of this place?
It's called Khlong Lat Mayom Floating Market located in BKK, Lila 😊 You can check it out on Google Map. Hope this helps! -Team Marion's Kitchen
