    The first soup you had - Sour Tom Yum noodle, was a memory I will never ever forget from Bangkok. It’s very cliche, but I stumbled upon a man, selling this out of a stall on the back of a bike set up, and it is still to this day the best noodle soup I have ever had. I’ve never ever been able to recreate or find that dish anywhere else other than Thailand. It was so so special…

    mystery meat from asians are THE BEST. we have a tiny thai place around the corner, and as a regualr customer you can order "what the chef would like me to eat" only thing you can say is 1. spicynesslevel and 2.if you eat cilantro or not

    How do I get the location ?

  • @icekangz817
    @icekangz817 ปีที่แล้ว

    khao soi and boat noodles done authentic thai stylea (in america) is not common so be lucky if you ever come across one in your neighborhood. i am half laos/thai and i have been to laos restaurants in america ordering boat noodles and no it is not the same as authentic thai boat noodles (not even close). i seriously thought i was eating pho (you have been warned). anyway while i do love tom yum, i really cannot choose between authentic thai boat noodles or khao soi. i would not be upset if i got one over the other. sure as marion says, pigs blood sounds weird but if the chefs know what they are doing, you will not even notice. just like blood cakes in a dish like khao piak or bun bo hue (vietnamese soup), you really cant tell if it had anything to do with pigs blood. 1 day i will be able to try all those soup dishes in person in thailand. in the meantime please keep those vids coming Marion.

    Tom Yum is one of my least favorite soups. The spice hides all the flavor. That being said. Tom Kha Gai is my favorite hands down of all soups on the planet. Great Vlog. Makes me so hungry.
