    This looked like a truly lovely house, the owners have put in a lot of love and attention. Esp the part about the Feng Shui. Good presentation!

      Not cheap considering 99 yrs with ¾ century left.

    • @SellingSingapore
      @SellingSingapore  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for pointing that out Jake,
      You're absolutely right. It's not cheap, because nothing is this Home Is cheap. From the quality finishing to the exquisite landscaping. Additions of the koi pond to tie the Zen garden together complete with waterfall. Sellers put in half a million to really raise the quality of life for the occupants of this home, going as far as Building the Enclosed Pavilion and extending a whole floor up on the Attic level. This Home is affordable with intrinsic value. Check it out for yourself. You'll see what we mean😉 happy Sunday!

    99-year leasehold property, what a waste

    • @SellingSingapore
      @SellingSingapore  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Just look at the beautiful property Victor. Many many more years of multigen memories to be made and to be honest, today space is so important. Your SSD restriction is just 3 years at the time of this post. If you're looking for a humongous home, that's ready for you to move in and enjoy without having to burn a hole in your pocket then this affordable 3.2m property is a steal!

      @@SellingSingapore, I agreed with you that the asking price is very attractive, given the large land size. But remember, the land lease is left 75 years, if the next buyer stay for another 20 years, the lease would have decay to remaining half a century. It will be very tough to sell and may have to sell at a price much lower than he paid for. For landed property, freehold or 999-leasehold is the right way to go.

    • @SellingSingapore
      @SellingSingapore  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@Victor-rt3fx it is true if you live for 1000 years Victor. We see more and more the consumers today buy and live for 5 years and rotate assets after or 10 years and down size adjusting at Different stages of their life cycles.
      Today post covid, people realise that enjoyment of luxurious space and quality of life in the years you are actually alive is what matters and so we've been seeing an increased demand of 99 properties because its affordable since June 2020.

    • @Victor-rt3fx
      @Victor-rt3fx 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@SellingSingapore, well well there will always buyers for 99-year leasehold properties. They will only pay in proportion with the remaining lease left.

    • @SellingSingapore
