I feel so attacked by his mint comments. Mint is in my all time top 5 favorite flavors for both savory and sweet applications. There are lots of different kinds of mint each with their own subtle differences. I'll admit that mint isn't a flavor for everyone because it is a strong flavor and sometimes people associate it with toothpaste but I love mint. Mint is a very popular flavor in the cuisines of Greece, Anatolia, The Middle East, and North Africa. Not surprisingly, some of my favorite foods are from that region.

😂😂😂! I agree!
Thin mints in the freezer/fridge are also outstanding
😂
“Who sits down with a whole bag of peppermints and destroys the whole bag of peppermints?” Me. I do.
@Jody Wiens Especially the soft peppermint candies. Love those things!
I don't like coconut and if I'm in the mood I can destroy a bag of peppermints. It's some of the few things Matt talks about I disagree with.
I love peppermint.
Nagaru Hatsumi when I was 17 and my husband was 18, he had his first big boy job as a lance delivery truck driver, and gifted me a restaurant size box of those soft peppermints. It was a huge cardboard box of 1,000. I joke that that was the thing that pushed me over the edge into marrying him lol
After recently finding this channel and binge watching so many episodes, I can tell Matt wasn’t feel it today, even though he was still hilarious. I hope you’re ok 2 years ago Matt!
Matt: "Alexa, what is toffee?"
My Alexa: "Toffee is a confection made by caramelizing sugar or molasses along with butter, and occasionally flour. The mixture is heated until its temperature reaches the hard crack stage of 149 to 154 degrees Celsius. While being prepared, toffee is sometimes mixed with nuts or raisins."
I love thin mints. I can eat a whole box’s at one time.
Beth Hixon Same
Beth Hixon me to.
They are so good in the fridge or freezer
Same!
I'm thinking of all the people going to Alabamas McDonald's at 2am to see Matt
I could eat that whole thin mints box in a sitting!
Yes thin mints are solid. Surprised he didn't like them much
I just recently stumbled on this channel cause it's been in my feed. Decided to watch 1 video & now I can't stop!
Bro matt was especially funny in this episode💀 had me dead laughing after every sentence
Maybe it’s just social isolation speaking, but I’m ready to go to the mat for the superiority of Thin Mints.
Samoa’s are better
Thin mints
😂🤣🤣🤣
Tag-a-longs are the GOAT! Thin Mints are almost as good though.
Dude literally thin mints are jus choc an mint flavored, there’s nothing special about them, jus stop
To me, the peanut butter Tag-a-longs are the best.
From a former girl scouts POV this was pretty accurate of what people buy from least to greatest but thin mints are the most popular
Back in the day, I worked for the Girl Scouts in South Florida, and when the semi came in with the cookie delivery at the beginning of cookie season, they were all stored in my office. Didn't leave a lot of extra room.
I've never met anyone who didn't agree that Samoas are the best, but I'm glad to see Do-si-dos finally getting the recognition they deserve.
I know a lot of people who hate the coconut, even tho it's not very coconutty
does anybody remember savanna smiles? they were shortbread cookies covered in lemon flavored powdered sugar they replaced them with the lemon cookies and they we're sooooo good TvT
Heck yeah! I miss those so much!
Emo_Does_Art ? Good, but messy. I got powdered sugar all over my steering wheel!
Those were my favorites. I miss them so much. I always bought like six boxes. Haha. No shame.
@@jennylu83 yah they were the best i wish they will bring them back
A long, LONG time ago when I was a Brownie, the Trefoils were called Scot-Teas, and there were sugar crystals in the depression on top of the cookie. They tasted much better then. ☺️
Yes! And they had sandwich cookies in chocolate and vanilla. Delicious!! And the peanut butter cookies were great also! They all tasted better back in the day.
Queen Sarcasm, I was so happy to read your comment! I was afraid I’d made up my memory of this version! 🤣
@@scrapperk8399 Nope, every year at this time I miss the sugared ones. They're just not the same anymore.😊
Back in the day when they were made with love, now they're made with soy.
The best lemon cookies were Savannah Smiles. ❤️ They we're lemon cookies with powdered sugar on them. I could eat a whole box in one sitting. And then another. 😂 Sad they discontinued them. 😭
my local scout troop had abc bakers so idk if little brownie bakers had these. they were cranberry citrus cookies and they were sooo good i heard the savannah smiles were good to!
I’m still hopeful that they’ll come back again. I would buy like an entire palette of them.
@@ianbat7092 nobody bought those from me when I sold them back in 2015
@@amarileiner6935 bruh those things were the best-
@@ianbat7092 my mom was the only one who bought them, and only because they were the healthiest cookie that she could have 4 of per day.
I just saw this on TH-cam...and I saw you discussing the s'mores cookies . We don't get that one out here in El Paso, TX...but I would love to try them.
I've agreed with you on almost everything. But this is where we break ranks, Matt. Not only are thin mints the most snackable Girl Scout cookies, they're the most snackable food item ever created.
Girl Scouts could just sell Thin Mint as "Girl Scout Cookies" and make nothing else
@@redrooster1908 well I definitely wouldn’t like it, they’re so middle of the road, nothing special
@@coreyswan4747 Corey, you're getting the wrong ones. ABC Bakers has the good ones, not Little Brownie, imo.
You can eat a whole box of thin mints if they're cold or almost frozen
I think the cold enhances the flavor.
“if the names have hyphens in then just throw it out” DO-SI-DO and he said that’s a good name 😂😂😂
The 2 hyphens cancel each other out
I love how he says about the Lemon-Ups, if the names got a hyphen throw it out, but for the do-si-dos he absolutely loves the name 😂
When I was a Girl Scout, we had All Abouts.
Those will always be my favorite. Shortbread with chocolate on the bottom. Thanks-A-Lots came out several years later and they were basically the same.
MATT-- "if the name has hyphens in it throw it out"
MATT--"DO-SI-DO'S" are number one.
Samoa’s are my absolute favorite
Not that anyone asked
E, what’s your absolute favorite Girl Scout cookie?
I like the lemon ones. I don’t know what they’re called, the best. Not the ones he reviewed. They’re lovely with tea. But I like all of them, really.
I came here to say this is the absolute best of the cookies, lead with #1!
I thought it was an undisputed fact that they were the best. TH-cam has shown me... nothing. Samoa’s are the best.
Mine too!
OMG, Oh, Matt, Come On! Thin Mints, no Cold Thin Mints, and yes, I'm the one that can eat the entire box with a glass of milk!!!
“I’m aware of what a peanut is you don’t gotta show me!”
I LOVED that
I've slammed down two sleeves of thin mints in one sitting more times than I can remember at this point and never regretted it once
omg you tossed thin mints????? Thats thats crack in a box!!!! "who loves thin mints so much they'd eat a whole box"? MEEEEEEE
"I am Groot." I love that inspirational message. 🤣
This is the first time I’ve ever seen someone rank Thin Mints that low
"Mi nombre es Matteo" Wasn't expecting that, hilarious. My favorites are Thin Mints, great with ice cream
Thin Mints are my absolute favorite GS cookies, followed by Tagalongs, and then Samoa’s. I was a GS from second-year Brownies until Ambassador (the last Girl Scout “level”).
Maybe add chocolate icing to the Trefoils. Shortbread cookies and chocolate icing is soo good 😂
Crush Thin Mints up into cookies and cream ice cream. I make my own mint cookie! A box, maybe two!
samoas and thin mints. the end.
Yoda Man, I do enjoy spacing them out with the two peanut butter ones!
Samoas and thin mints are my absolute favorite!!
Yes. They are definitely the only two worth buying.
@@scrapperk8399 is that the deadly duo? Because I'll usually do that or a Samoa inside a peanut butter
Andrew Grant, I just like all four! I’ve not actually had all four of them at the same time for years, but I can dream! 🤣
Snackability really increases on Thin Mints if you eat them cold 😍
Thin mints and samosas are my top 2 favorite Girl Scout cookies
I wish they had lemonades for you to try, it’s the trefoils with lemon creme on the back; amazing
This is not needed, we all know it is thin mints
Excuse me, but you didn’t eat the Thin Mints right. You gotta freeze those rascals, and then they literally become heaven on earth
I may have accidentally cussed to myself at a girl Scout's booth while learning that they didn't carry Savannah smiles anymore.. I left them five bucks in donations tho. I still feel the cringe and upset, man those were good.
Mimzy i don’t even live in a little brownie bakery area, but my cousins do, so i got it from them, and i screamed out of sadness when i heard they got rid of them
I liked those too. The had a more tart lemon flavor than the Lemon Ups.
oof
And they said Your Girl Scout uniform wouldn't fit anymore!
Just raised my hand when you asked who could eat a whole box of thin mints. My favorite.
I love Bless Your Rank. Keep them coming 😁
Thin mints are the single most popular cookie. They are the cheddar cheese of GS cookies.
They used to be my favorite, but they changed them along the way and aren't minty enough anymore. :(
Sooo... They are overrated?
"What did we learn today?"
We learned you're a monster!! How could you not like Thin Mints?!?!? 😲🥺😢
(Before I get any hate, I am joking, but seriously, Thin Mints are soooooo good!!!)
Sarah Gimas periodt
Especially if you freeze them
🤢🤮
You know you right. I like them. They be my favorite
Sarah Gimas agreed
In my world, Samoas are the only Girl Scout cookies that exist.
Eric Swindle i’m eating some right now
I used to be a Thin Mints fan, then I had some Samoa’s. I’ll never go back.
In mine too. I'm a Girl Scout and I highly support this decision
Ha ha I love Samoas. There is a Walmart brand, and Keebler, they are very similar, and pretty good, but not the same. In the off season though, I do buy them.
I am a girl scout and tagolongs are my favorite
Sorry I can't spell
You’re crazy... you asked who would eat a whole box of thin mints. ME and literally everyone I know lol
