I just blame penicilin which I got given as a 6 month old baby, with pneumonia. Killed off all the flora in my stomach. None of my family has ever had or has any signs of it.

What type of corn based glucose can be used in an IV without the protein Zein which is in all corn and reacts like gluten because it IS a form of gluten? I am HLA DQA1:05 and positive for HLA DQ2. I get inflammation from ALL grains, not just gliaden! This is inaccurate in my life. I chose not to do an endoscopy because I have trouble with anesthesia and most likely due to the corn glucose in the IV used. Sheesh. Tell me what type of IV glucose can be used without a corn byproduct. I'd love to know!?? Celiacs often have multiple sensitivities. There is a huge lack of conclusion in this conversation in my opinion!

Most likely It depends on the atrophy.
It tookme 7 years to go from a Marsh 3b almost to a complete recovery.
To obain so, i had to remove lectins, oxalate, all fructose and fructans and lactose/casein.
Meat and fish are my two foods type that i eat.
