Everything about Vancouver what you told is correct. Vey Expensive. So I visit Vancouver only once every 5 years. Beautiful place. For Jobs and social life Ontario is the best. Malayalee population is increasing every day. Need not be in Toronto. There are places like London, Hamilton, Ottawa etc. Also has great universities. About winter since I am retired I go to Some place in Central or South America for few weeks. If you can avoid February in Canada, rest is just fine. Also there are many beautiful lakes in Ontario. Especially in Muskoka and Kawarthas. Best of luck.

Bring lots of money with you also while you come. At least a million dollar to start with. If you don’t have that come with a good job. Don’t think of coming here and finding a job. It doesn’t work in all filed. Toronto has more jobs and a huge city compared to Vancouver. You can’t look at mountains and live for rest of your lives. You need to have lot of money to live.

Healthcare admin field has good scope here. Ive seen many many jobs being posted for the same. But you’ll have better luck in finance in Toronto as far as i know. Currently due to covid, all banks have a hiring freeze. So i cant accurately tell you the scope for that right now.
