ലോകത്ത്‌ പല രാജ്യങ്ങളുണ്ട്‌..അതിൽ പലതും എവിടെയാണെന്നോ പേരെന്താണെന്നോ അറിയാത്തവയാണു..ചിലത്‌ വളരെ പരിചിതമായതും..2017 ഇൽ ആണു ഞാൻ ആദ്യമായ്‌ ഇന്ത്യകടക്കുന്നത്‌..അതും യു ഏ യിലേക്ക്‌..ഒരുപാട് തവണ ജോലി അന്വേഷിച്ച്‌ ഒന്നും ശരിയാകാതെ വന്നപ്പോ ദുബായുടെ മണ്ണിൽ ഒരു കടയുടെ മുന്നിൽ നിസ്സഹായനായ്‌ ഒരു നിൽപ്പ്‌ നിന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്‌.പെരും മഴയത്ത്‌ ദിശയറിയാതെ ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ടു പോയ ഒരു കുട്ടിയുടെ വെപ്രാളമായിരുന്നു എനിക്ക്‌ ആ സമയം..നാട്ടിൽ നിന്ന് കുടുംബക്കാരുടെ തുടരെ തുടരെ യുള്ള കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തലുകൾ പഠിച്ച ജോലി മറന്ന് ഒരു ഗ്രോസറിയിൽ ജോലിക്ക് കയറാൻ എന്നെ പ്രേരിപ്പിച്ചു..ആ തീരുമാനം തെറ്റിയില്ലാ.വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം ഉള്ളത്‌ കൊണ്ടാവണം അവിടുത്തെ രീതികളോടെ ഞാൻ പെട്ടെന്ന് പൊരുത്തപ്പെട്ടു.അറബിയും ഹിന്ദിയും നന്നായ്‌ സംസാരിക്കാൻ പടിച്ചു..താമസവും ഭക്ഷണവും അടക്കം 1200 ആയിരുന്നു ശംബളം..നാട്ടിലെ 24000 രൂപ...ക്ഷമയോടെ ഞാൻ പലതിനും ഉത്തരം കണ്ടെത്തി..എന്റെ ജോലി കണ്ട്‌ കൊണ്ടാവണം 7 മാസത്തിനു ശേഷം എന്റെ ശംബളം 2000 ആയി.നാട്ടിലെ 40000 രൂപാ..3 വർഷത്തോളം അവിടെ ജോലി ചെയ്തു..2021 ഇൽ എന്റെ കല്ല്യാണം കഴിഞ്ഞു..അതിനു ശേഷമാണു ഞാൻ കാനഡയെ പറ്റി ചിന്തിക്കുന്നത്‌..2016 ഇൽ കാനഡ എന്ന രാജ്യം എനിക്ക്‌ സ്വപനം പോലും കാണാൻ യോഗ്യത ഇല്ലാ എന്ന് തീരുമാനിച്ചായിരുന്നു അറബ്‌ നാട്ടിലേക്ക്‌ വിമാനം കയറിയത്‌.പക്ഷെ ആ ആഗ്രഹം വർഷങ്ങൾക്കിപ്പുറം സഫലമാവുകയാണു..ഞാനും ഭാര്യയും കാനഡയിലെക്കുള്ള യാത്രയ്ക്കുള്ള അവസാന ഘട്ട ഒരുക്കത്തിലാണു..ഈ ലോകത്ത്‌ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടുള്ള അൽഭുതങ്ങളും വിജയങ്ങളുമെല്ലാം ഒറ്റ രാത്രി കൊണ്ട് രൂപപ്പെട്ടവയല്ലാ..അതിനു വർഷങ്ങളുടെ കാത്തിരിപ്പും പരിശ്രമവും വേണം..സമയമാകുംബോൾ നാം ആഗ്രഹിച്ചതെന്തോ അത് നമ്മെ തേടിയെത്തും

2016ഇല് PR കിട്ടി ആണ് ഇവിടെ വന്നത്, എന്നിട്ടും ആദ്യത്തെ 2 വർഷം settle ആവാൻ കുറെ വിഷമിച്ചു. സാമ്പത്തികം ആയിരുന്നു മുഖ്യ കാരണം. 2018ഇൽ നഴ്സിംഗ് ലൈസൻസ് കിട്ടി, ഫുൾ ടൈം ജോബ് കിട്ടി. കുറെ കഷ്ടപ്പാടുകളിലൂടെ കടന്നു പോയെങ്കിലും ഇന്നുവരെ വന്നത് തെറ്റായിപ്പോയി എന്ന് തോന്നിയിട്ടില്ല. വളരെ മനോഹരമായ, ശാന്തമായ സ്വർഗം പോലുള്ള ഈ കാനഡയിലെ ജീവിതം കിട്ടിയതിൽ grateful മാത്രം.

നന്നായി സുഹൃത്തേ. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്ത് പോയി പഠിച്ചു ജോലി ചെയ്തു തുടങ്ങിയാൽ അവന്‍ ജീവിതത്തില്‍ രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടു കഴിഞ്ഞു. ഒരു അധ്യാപകന്‍ ആയിരുന്ന ഞാന്‍ ഇത് എന്റെ കുട്ടികളോട് വര്ഷം തോറും പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. ഈ നാട് വിട്ട് പോയവര്‍ എല്ലാം രക്ഷപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്തു. ആ നിര്‍ദേശത്തിനു അവർ ഇന്നും നന്ദി പറയാറുണ്ട്.
