Subwoofer lullaby is a song that inflicts the feeling of nostalgia in two ways. The way it sounds is like a distant memory, a distinct dream you have had before. It’s also nostalgic because of people that have played Minecraft near the beginning, when subwoofer lullaby was still in the game. It’s such a perfect song that will instantly make some people feel nostalgia.

No idea how people found it a happy sound. To me, it makes me feel completely alone, hopeless, sad, but perhaps peacefulness. Perhaps peacefulness is what people are mistaking as "happiness", or the freedom feeling to it. Not sure. But I know it was specifically not made to be happy, but to invoke a sense of "you are alone in this world", yet "you can do whatever you want. This is a peaceful world that you can build upon". There is some great video about this but I forgot its name.
