    The cast and band sings it at the end of Bridesmaids. Hilarious movie. People make fun of this song. It’s become a meme but dude it’s good. Just admit u like it people! LOL! They r the children of members of the Mamas and the Poppas and The Beach Boys.

    It was 1990. I was just 16 with a baby. I would sing this song to him. It always made him smile. That baby is now 31. I'm not sure where the time went.

    Wilson Phillips is made up of Carnie & Wendy Wilson and Chynna Phillips. Carnie and Wendy are sisters. Their dad is Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys. Chynna Phillips (the blonde) is the daughter of John & Michelle Phillips of the band The Mamas & The Papas. This is one of my absolute favorite songs.

    They are the Children of the parents from "The Beach Boys" and "The Mama's and the Papas". All three can sing - as they should! Very underappreciated band, they had 4 or so hits. Perfect Harmonies.

    I was 26 when this came out. Young enough to appreciate these girls, but old enough to have been a fan of their parents' music long before they formed a group. When you said Carnie looked like she just came from a PTA meeting, I laughed way too much! It was destiny that they would have great voices, and harmonies, with their DNA.
