Meine meesho ke against NCH me complaint ki thi, par koi action nahi liye. Company ki baat man kar case closed kar diye , meine ek jutti order ki thi but, mujhe wrong product delivered kiye product diye bhi to ek old or fata hua shoes ab return le rahe hai na hi refund kar rahe hai .. customer care se baat karo to sahi product delivered hua hi bol rahe hai .. NCH bhi bekar hai .. consumer ki koi help nhi karte

Actually I had sale a saree to client, then she said she wants to return because of size issue usually we don't accept for the return. But I accepted & when I get the package that saree it not in the original condition, damaged, food & oil marks on saree
I tell her that we can't accept because of damage or saree was used in function & party that's why food & oil marks on it, fully dusty & bottom of the saree is totally looking like it's worn in function, even there is inner skin & dirt in waist bend area it's full proof that saree was worn in function
She is not accepting & saying that she'll complaint on me because I'm not accepting her return
Do'nt worry if in your policy its mentioned about the return then just make it proper proof if you get any notice then simply reply on the same.

No matter of NCH, agar NCH se solve nahi hua toh aap legal action le skte hain.. sbse pehle aap Notice bhj dijiye isi se apka kaam ho jayega.. 90% kaam notice se he ban jate hain.. agar notice se nahi hua tab aap consumer court mei case kr skte hain.. jo free jaisa hai.. shyd upto 2 lakh Tak ki complaint hai toh zero fees hai case krne ki...
NCH just ek organization hai bs... Actual legal process k liye aap pehle notice bhejiye unko es se kaam hua toh gud, nahi toh aap consumer mei case kr skte hain nd wahan boldena aap k notice bhja tha lekin inhone kaam kiya nahi.. then court apka case accept krlega...

Just a quick question. Amazon delivered someone else’s order and mapped it to my order. The order number, mrp, quantity etc written on packing is totally different. I was out of city and raised the concern the moment I arrived. Now return window is closed. In addition, the item specified on the packing slip is not even matching the item inside.
