A consumer is the party or person who has either purchased any goods or availed any services from any one for himself. If the goods are defective or the service is deficient then the consumer or the person has a right to approach the consumer court.
Consumer complaint can be filed at three levels- at District level, State level or at National Level depending upon the value of the goods or the services. If the value is below 20 lakhs, the complaint is filed before the District Commission. If the value is between 20 Lakhs to 2 Crores then it can be filed before the State Commssion. If the value is more than 2 crores then the complaint can be filed before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or the NCDRC.

Sir, pitampura New Delhi mein Ardhsainik Canteen ke naam se Puran Chand arya ke dwara Ex-CAPF personnel aur unki family members ke liye ek welfare trust chalaya gaya hai.
Jisme Ex- CAPF personnel aur unke family members ko canteen kholne ki suvidha di gayi hai.
Mere dwara kathit canteen ke liye 05/08/2020 ko registration aur further grocery canteen ke liye agreement kiya gaya tha. Maine 10/08/2020 ko Ardhsainik Canteen ke official account mein NEFT/RTGS ke madhyam se agreement ke liye 50,000/- rs jama kiye the.
Lekin kisi kaaranvash mai canteen kholne mein asamarth hoon. Maine apne agreement ke paise waapas lene ke liye 04/03/2024 ko aawedan kiya tha. Application diye aaj 7 month ho gaye lekin wahan se koi satisfactory reply nahi milta. Sirf aaj kal taal matol kiya ja raha hai. Even wo jaldi phone calls bhi nahi uthate.

You can not go to consumer court against the FB as it is not a service with consideration. You can try all other ways prescribed by FB.

Dear Sir,
Recently a dry cleaner damaged my saree & made big holes in it. Being a simple person i couldn't argue long for compensation and the dry cleaner forcefully made me agree for RAFFU i.e. patch repair of clothes which made the saree more awful. Again on demading compensation now they as i agreed(forcefully) for repair there is no scope for compensation.They do this TRICK when they damage clothes, make customer agree for repair then deny compensation. Should i move to consumer court for deficiency in service. I fear that in court they will use same trick that i agreed for repair. But i had no choice & had to agree. Will judge after knowing this still pass judgement in my favour. Please guide 🙏🏽

सर मैने 15 नवम्बर 2022को ई रिक्शा लिथियम बैट्री का खरीदा था 2 लाख का केवल बैट्री 90 हजार की है 4 महीने बाद से ही बैट्री एवरेज 80 दे रही थी ये बोल कर दिया था की 120 एवरेज देगी कम्पलेन किया तो सर्विस सेंटर लेजाने को बोलते है वहा ले गए तो बोलते है बैट्री उतार कर लावो उस बैट्री से बहुत परेशान हो गए है रिक्शे की किस्त भी नही दे पा रहे है आये दिन बंद पड जाती है अभी सर्विस करने के लिए देकर आये है 4 दिनो से रिक्शा खड़ा है मजदूर आदमी है बैक से लोन लेकर लिया था अभी 2 साल नही हुवे है बैट्री की वारंटी 3 साल की है बताए क्या करे धन्यावाद 🙏🏻रिप्लाई जल्दी करे सर
