I've been having decent success in arena with KA rushing gauntlet of thebes into Masamune and CCR boots. You lose out on a lot of early damage but it allows you to play more like a spammy guardian instead of a bruiser. Try it out sometime :D
I started playing smite last week been trying lots of gods and I felt in love with Odin , now king Arthur looks very fun , looks hard to master but hey I gotta put in the practice. Is this build still good a year after?

With what I've seen, I don't know if it'll be possible to suck at Merlin.
I've gotten him up to 1200 worshipers, and I'm loving him. But from what I've seen, most people have a lot of trouble with his insta cast kit, and/or they build him wrong.
And how do you recommend building him?

That valintine19 (Anubis) needs to focus on fighting instead of complaining smh
Arthur's kit needs to be fixed; remove the 'auto-run' from his basic attacks for starters.
When Da-Ji came out she was garbage til they fixed her kit also.

Bulwark is a selfish item which is why I hate seeing "Supports" building it instead of Sovereignty and Heartward. Would be nice if our "tank" builds both of them when we end up with only one though more often than not they go with a Solo build thinking it'll help them get kills and win.

Arthur is not difficult to play he is just bad he does ALOT of damage but he still bad
