    In this instance, your / the visual, verbal, textural, b-roll, staging, flow, and POV content and the parsimony (no waste) represents the best among the best auto space reviewers / reviews. Sublime.

    I think the button you said locks the back doors is actually to button that gives you the ability to control the front passenger seat. Great video all around first time I’ve seen your videos and I am a fan of how well you did.

    Sorta looks like you were driving down the Bronx River highway where the lanes are narrow. How did you feel working with the screen and driving? Like I saw you come out of lane a little bit in this video while touching the center screen. That's the one thing I'm very hesitant about on these new cars with only touch screen and no buttons.

    • @CarCoachReports
      @CarCoachReports  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I was on the cross Bronx, good spotting. The screen is large and after working with it for 2 days it was very intuitive. Take one for a test drive.

    Fantastic review. Extremely informative which I appreciate because I’m going to be ordering one in the next week. The only thing holding me back is the exterior and interior color. I was very disappointed that you didn’t state the exterior and interior color of this car you tested for this video. If I missed that I’m sorry but I find most that review and test drive a brand new model will state the colors of the car in the vid. That is always very helpful.

    Our 2022 model is on pre-order, our 3rd generation of S-Class. Pricing not yet determined on 2022, will find out shortly before production of 2022's begin, will also have opportunity to modify the pre-order. Pre-ordered the black on black S580 with Executive Line as my wife always rides in the rear right seat....that works for both of us! Ordered Burl Walnut wood. Wish there was wood rather than piano black on center island, but they never asked for my opinion. Executive Line includes all the option packages, including Technology Package with the HUD that I am anxious to experience. 10 degree rear turning is standard on Executive Line, should be interesting. Not a fan of the rear exterior styling, I wish there was a light bar across the rear in place of the chrome bar, those tail lights are begging to be connected. I do like the front and side styling. Also surprised the rear view mirror is not a camera given the rear headrests and shade. Responding to your question about what to add to the back seat....have the 4 seat model that we've seen in pictures. The 4 seat gets rid of what appears to be a flimsy rear cupholder and makes the rear center similar to the front center. I'm guessing the 4 seat is available elsewhere in the world but not the USA at this time. I am hoping that becomes an option when the 2022 pricing and options comes out. Love the interior styling and features. Never considered the Audi A8 or BMW 7 Series as we have enjoyed our previous generations of the S Class. I do like the new Emerald Green very much, but we've had black on black vehicles since the late 1990's, and The Queen riding in the back chooses color and it is always black on black. Very nice review, well done!

    Same, that's why I bought a pre-ordered Maybach S680 V12, so I'd look into it Bob Davis,
    my Maybach is black interior and exterior and it's excellent.
    BASE MSRP 200,00+ USD just a suggestion.
    I bought a Maybach S680 V12 fully-loaded EX. all options, because I didn't want a Rolls-Royce phantom EWB,
    and I knew the Maybach was 100k or even 200k less then even the cheapest Bentley's and Rolls-Royce's, at a total of 295,000 USD the way I have mine optioned.
    I knew I could get a fully-loaded Maybach for a lot less then a Bentley or Rolls-Royce.
    also I'm curious can you get an armored S580 right now I'm in the market for another armored car BR 10 preferably.

      If I would put a spotlight on some things that I like less ... I would choose 1) the not-so-imposant front-grill ... 2) the retractable door handles (a stupidity brought in the industry by Tesla Model S ... & imitated by others ... Mercedes, sadly, included) ... and 3) the not-so-wide back seats. To be precise ... for a car designed to be chauffered ... I would choose large individual seats ... for the second row ... with a comfort at least at the front seats level.

    • @CarCoachReports
      @CarCoachReports  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The rear seats are individual and it appears its a bench, massaging, heated, cooled and reclining rear seats. Its impressive. As for the door handles, Land Rover does it too. Its great for aero dynamics too
