After over $500 and three bad sensors in a row failed, I called Abbott, I could barely understand because the out of country support agent could barely speak English, I was told that they would NOT replace any of them! ABBOTT SUCKS!
I have never experienced that. Abbott has a very good tech support dept, infact there was one time when i had two sensors fail on the same day they replaced them both
