    I was wondering what you guys were doing there. Hope the camp is going well. As someone who lives at attitude I always feel super human when I ride at sea level. Hope you acclimate well and have a GG stage race! Let’s goooooo!

    Looks like you guys based in Duoba training camp, I've been training there couple of years ago, enjoy the thin air in this part of China, scenery would be great in Qinghai this season😁

      The scenery is amazing! The thin air is a new and interesting experience, and I must say I can’t wait to get back to sea-level conditions again 😅

    For comparison, what is your normal power output for the same interval intensity at sea level?

      I don’t usually train with a lactate meter at home, but based on my FTP of ~395 watts I would guess I could put out something like that with a lactate between 2.5 and 3.0.
