    Looked good! Well done!. Glad to see it done with lump! You should try just salt, ditching the water pan when it reaches 180-190° internal, flip the butt (no wrap) & let it finish. It crisps up the bark nicely and is awesome when you add little more salt, black pepper, cayenne, vinegar sauce & chop it with a cleaver (no pull).
    I think you’ll like it. #ncbbq. 🍻

    nicely done could crush some of them sammiches right about now! lol havent tried that fox bros bbq sauce, gonna have to test it out

      Thank you! They were excellent and it was some of the best pulled pork I’ve made. It’s awesome and definitely something to give a try. If you’re ever in Atlanta you definitely need to stop by their restaurant.
