I began yoga and meditation in a self-taught and in my own home less than a year, and it helps me. I improved my social contact, lower stress and better digest transit. Many people I think that underestimate yoga because is found boring, slow, strange. I was a person who's body is here, but my mind was in another place 😄, which made me had awkward conversations and contact with others. Now I've improved and that's well enough.
