Nev- mate I love your fishing videos. You are a serious professional TH-camr and I can’t imagine how much work goes into producing them. They are a pleasure to watch, always. I think that Gurnard was actually a Sargent Baker, not as wide as a Gurnard. Correct me if I’m wrong.

With the hard bodies, probably pays to have a shallow one too, like a Halco Laser Pro or a Rapala Xrap or something, I have to say I have had very little success on the Nomads and they tend to stay in the tackle box or even at home now.

I use the bigger version of the squidtrex when im in open water and dont seem to catch anything however id love to use a slightly smaller one but the current tends to rip it

That whale was closer then it looks on camera, they also move a lot faster then my kayak so that's why I moved out the way.
